I have found out about this place. Lastly tasted the chef’s Kaiseki food of the night time. Had Miyagima Oyster apart from the normal suspect. Sake was clean. Service was excellent. Truly authentic!

Great food, top quality oysters, meat and seafood. Omakase, little bite sized meals but 8-classes. Though every dish had been delicious, you still become hungry after. I believe ten courses will be best. Wish they had an improved selection for dessert than simply aslab of cantaloupe.

If you are searching for an excellent Japanese dining knowledge, you will never fail with Kyo-to cafe in Makati. Kyo-to doesn't have a regular menus but instead offers Kaiseki this means Japanese multi-course meal. Fish, shell seafood and meat served listed below are allimported from the best possible sources in Japan. First course was a range of Japanese appetizers like clean oyster (nama-kaki), baby whitened shrimp (shiro ebi), tuna belly sashimi (otoro) & sea brim sashimi (tai). Second program was the tasty hamo seafood soup complimented by way of a red plum along with each fillet. Next was the ocean urchin (uni) sushi that I got eventually to roll myself...quite tasty! And then following has been the Hokkaido crab with vinegar and the yakimono training course grilled turban shell (sazae). For my major course, I had the palatable medium-rare wagyu steak cuts and Japanese rice (uruchimai). Then finally, We was served the succulent clean peaches for dessert. Massive compliments to Chef Kawamoto for an extremely wonderful meal!

Amazing food, everything tasted refreshing. Lovely flavors, that have been unlike your normal fare at regional Japanese restaurants. Educated and attentive personnel explained every training course. We extremely reccomend a visit.
