Krispy Kreme is another popular choice when it comes to donuts. They offer a wide selection of donuts ranging from the classic one to the featured donuts such as those with kitkat or oreo. My favorite flavors are the kreme brulee, kitkat, and salted caramel. Aside from the donuts, the coffees here are also good.

I think I like Krispy Kreme out of all the donut places I have every tried. They have the right amount of sweetness to their donuts and they have a lot of variations to choose from. Also like the ambiance and the smell that comes wafting out this place.

Quality and consistency separates them from the rest. Unlike JC, their doughs are softer and can still be reheated to restore it's consistency. Others just have a single tough dough and depend only on the toppings and fillings for variations. Here each donuts flavors are individualized upto the dough and it's base.Another meeting... and as much as I'm scared of Makati's weekday traffic, it's nice that this KC is already open the earliest possible time where I can burn time over donuts and a cup of moderately bold brew.

Yesterday, for the first time, I was able to finally try the Cronut. Being the chocoholic that I am, I of course opted to get the Chocolate Cronut. Before I even took a bite of this, I remembered all the hype that I have heard about the cronut. Some said that it was so good, you'd simply go "ooohhhh!" Others have said that it was just pure hype. I've also read that it was nothing but a croissant and donut combined and there really was no reason to go all gaga over it. So before I took a bite of it, I told myself, "no biases and simply enjoy."So there I was, sitting in the operations floor of my work and I took a bite ... then I said ... "OH MY GOD! THIS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOODDDD!"Pak!Hahahahaha. My supervisor's eyes went round and wide and she said, "Kathy! Your voice is so loud!" Hahahaha. It really was that good. I simply fell in love with it. Ack!So there ... I love cronuts. I'm most likely buying the other flavors and then I'll try the other brands. :)

This is one of the best Krispy Kreme branch I’ve been to that can be found in Makati. All staff are up to date with current promotions and very accommodating to all your needs as well. For the place itself, it offers several seats, which is nice and a very good place to hang since it is very cozy and not so many people go here since it is located at the back of Ayala Avenue if I’m not mistaken.
