Finally, tried the Sisig Rice Bowl (P99.00).  I enjoyed every spoonful.  Nice presentation, even had hard-boiled egg on the side, has the right spicy and umami taste.  Fun shots chicken blended perfectly.  So happy with this rice bowl, I will order it again.  I got little KFC gravy to add sauce and taste to it.

Although a well know fast food chain KFC has never ceased to amaze me. I have been impressed at how they are able to reinvent themselves over and over again. I ordered the sisig and I can say that I was trully was satisified. The sisig bowl was infused with real pork bits and chicharon, the rice was I guess infused with sisig flavors. You can taste the pork even in the rice while topped with signature hotshots, this is complimented with the half boiled egg and the mayonnaise to complete the authentic sisig experience. This is by no means an authentic pinoy dish but this is a creative rendition of it.
