FOOD: Healthy Eating at Kenny Rogers RoastersI think this is one of the healthiest fastfoods there is. I particularly like their selection of salads and side dishes. Their chickens are perfectly roasted -- tender and flavorful but never oily.They also have set meals like high-fiber and high-protein that cater to one's preferred lifestyle.They also have tuna and chicken sandwiches for a light meal or filling snack. The tuna sandwich is particularly good.Price for meals is just right, starting at around P175 per person.

I haven't been to Kenny's for the longest time. One time, I decided to eat lunch alone and found this branch pretty near our office. I had a craving for chicken so as soon as I saw their posters, I knew where I was gonna eat.I had the set meat of fried chicken and some mashed potatoes on the side and corn muffin. Chicken was just okay for me. It was a bit dry and tough and, for me, good fried chicken could stand alone without gravy. This one just did not cut it. Corn muffin was surprisingly tough too! I didnt like it all. The potatoes were just okay. I prefer KFC's more.Got a full meal for a little 200 pesos is not that bad. Place could be renovated, I guess? There were leaks in the ceiling which bothers me. Kenny's is not gonna be a go-to place for me when it comes to fried chicken.

Kenny Roger's is my favorite place for grilled chicken. Their chicken is very flavorful and their meal options are varied. Their corn muffin is also my favorite.
