Ate here on a Wednesday evening and it was PACKED with people. This is the kind of place that you can only walk in for dinner. Not good for conversations since there are lots of people. What we ordered:1. Batchoy with egg (4/5)- Had just the right amount of flavor and it was worth paying 165 pesos for.2. Atay (4/5)- Was well-cooked and soft.3. Sisig with egg (4/5)- Staple order here. Your standard pinoy sisig. This place really gives you good value for your money. Our bill totaled 435 pesos and we were so full. Servers were also friendly and everything you need is usually on the table already: the condiments, tissue, a pitcher of water.

Legit chicken inasal!!!We often order paa, pecho, atay and baticulon. It is full of flavor, tasty and not dry. It is always served warm straight from the griller. Best to be dipped on soysauce with chili and kalamansi juice.Place is neat and service is good. We keep on coming back!

This resto is walkable from our workplace and is our officemates go-to whenever craving for Chicken Inasal (I don't know why they don't like the mainstream unli-rice one).We ordered a grilled bundle which consists of 2 paa (per stick), 2 atay, 5 pork barbecue; a bowl of kansi soup for sharing, and 5 cups of rice (for 4 pax). I've already tasted their pecho back then and it was good. I tried their barbecue today, it tasted ordinary to me and I think it's not worth the price. Well, considering the fact that we're in Makati, maybe it's reasonable? Each rice (plain) costs 25/cup, and the garlic ones are 30/cup.The service was always slow, but the tables are always clean-- to keep the customers in place.

We ordered 2 grilled paa since the pecho was not available, we also ordered 1 pork bbq and atchara. Our salted egg salad had to be cancelled since there was no tomato available; reasonable since it wouldn't be a salted egg salad if there are no tomatoes. 😉 The grilled chicken was bland and dry, the pork bbq was okay, and the rice was also dry. The service was slow although the staff was nice. Overall, the expectation set for this was high and wasn't met. It didn't actually have the Inasal experience we were hoping. ☹️ I believe they could do better. Missing the real Bacolod Inasal even more. 😖
