It's a rainy day today due to typhoon, and am craving for some jja jjangmyeon.. Luckily this restaurant is nearby and can be located using website .. I called and place my order..They deliver it quickly and am so satisfied .. Giving them a thumbs up..Been to Korea and I must say its the same original taste..

Been here 3 times! I always ordered their jjajangmyeon everytime i go here. During my third visit, i was a bit disappointed bec their jjajang had a lot of onions. Still tasted good though. Their tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) was alright. Definitely coming back here whenever i crave for jjajangmyeon. 👍🏻

One of the hidden gems in Poblacion, Makati. Tried their jjamppong and jjajangmyeon, and they were so good. I always go back here for those two. Most korean places don't have these in their menu, so you may want to try them out. Note though, that, prices are higher than your average Korean restaurants.

Good fix for your jajangmyeon carvings!!! Food and service doesn't disappoint. Better order one at a time since the serving is really good for sharing!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Good jajangmyeon place. Servings are for sharing. Went to poblacion branch. Look for the signage that says Cheong Hwa Ban Jeon. Not quite sure of I got that right but yeah, the outdoor name/sign in poblacion is not jong kook zip we had a hard time finding it. No music played when we went there.

Let me say this satisfied my Jjajanmyeon cravings! A small place in makati that serves korean chinese noodles at 10pm? You gotta love it. Will definitley be back to try out more dishes. The prices are good for the serving they have. One bowl of noodles is good enough for 2!

Service was great and fast. We ordered jjajangmyeon and jjampong. Jjangmyeon was a little bit bland but savory, too oily for me but noodles were very chewy and delicious. While jjampong really got my attention, it was so delicious and spicy. Will be back here to taste some of their dishes. Recommended. 😁😁😁

I've been wanting to try Joongkook Zip since I found out that they're just around Poblacion, Makati. It's like finding a secret place, figuratively and literally, that serves you an authentic taste of Korean-Chinese cuisine. You'll often see people in Korean dramas inhaling noodles in an intriguing black sauce. Almost disgusting. But you always want to try it.Since it's our first time and it was so tiring to find the restaurant, we ordered a serving of their jajangmyeon, jjamppong and steamed dumplings. For two ladies, it was too much. Yeah, sure.The jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), seriously was a win. I liked the chewiness of the noodles, the perfect saltiness of the black bean sauce and how it complemented with the onions. I was so happy about the sweet yellow radish side-dish that goes very well with this meal.The jjamppong noodles was also good. It was served in a very huge bowl, in flaming red broth with considerably generous amount of seafoods and vegetables. I just didn't like the seafood. It was overcooked so the meat is quite tough and leathery in texture.For the steamed dumplings, it's fairly delicious as well but I didn't enjoy it that much because it was no longer hot when I eat it. My bad. I should've eaten it right away when they served it so the dumpling skin wouldn't turn out firm. But since all the food we ordered was a hit, I couldn't choose what to prioritize.For the place, as I said, it was quite hard to find. It was like their restaurant is sitting in a quiet corner of a noisy street.Overall, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I will vouch for the Jajang Myeon here with my life. These are darn AMAZING noodles! I wish I could order it with meat, maybe I'll request next time. Glad to know that you can have it delivered -- maybe I can have this for lunch sometime!The mangdu is also good -- a bit too salty for my taste, but nonetheless perfectly crispy!Will definitely recommend to friends and visit again!

service in this resto is fast and commendable. servers were patient as well. the food was great es p their jajangmyeon. the portions are for 2 to 3 people. we had a great feeling about the food as we enter the resto when we saw koreans eating. i highly recommend this to k-food lovers like me. ❤
