This branch dreadfully needs improvement down from the venue and up to the service. Every night there's always a pool of foul water around where their collected waste is situated. I'm guessing this could be from a bad drainage. Aside from that, I always opt to take out my food since eating in the store itself is uncomfortable. There are so much sanitary issues that need to be addressed. And most of all, I think they need to reevaluate the supply and demand ratio of food being served. Whenever I buy breakfast it takes around at least 15 minutes to get my order. People are continuously coming in while the food on the food warming tray is barely full. The cashier always issues a number to every customer since the food is yet to be cooked.

I  celebrate the birthday party of my youngest son, 7 years old. The service is realy fast. i also love their food and we all enjoy it. The visitors also enjoyed the party. Super cool!

This is one of the Jollibee branches that need refurbishment. If you are considering to hold your child's party here, I suggest that you seriously re-consider. The table and chairs are full of scratches and dirty lines. Air conditioning unit on the second floor is not enough to keep the whole area cool. However, the taste and quality of the food are okay. I guess the owner of this branch should invest on a major renovation.
