Ordered 8pcs bucket of chicken (mix of thigh and breast part) for delivery. This branch called that delivery will be delayed because they have lots of customers. Estimated time was 40-45 mins. Now here comes the delivery guy. We were hungry and you know what? They delivered 8 pcs all wings part! 😱 The delivery guy left already when we checked the order. We called the branch, the manager said they will replace it with all leg part! Well never mind. We had them cancel the order and pick up the bucket of chicken at home. This branch is not recommended. This is not the first time that this branch has poor customer service. Last time we ordered large french fries but the content is like regular french fries.

I just got a phone call from Jollibee, admitting they had a system error by sending my order to wrong branch after 1 hour and 30 mins!!!!!!!! asking me if m willing to wait for 20 mins lol funny how this company is still sustaining as biggest fast food franchise in the country. Better get rid of delivery service, basically having feeling they are insulting customers.

The food is horrible; just plain disappointing! On top of that, this branch has the worst customer service ever! 10/10 will NOT recommend to anyone! By the way, this one star rating is actually very generous of me.
