Restaurant located in Greenbelt Mall. Provides aircon section and outside seating with bar. Employees attentive and friendly. Good food selection. Definitely worthy of a trip or more. Parking no problem and great shopping aswell.

Great service. Slightly pricey. However the food was totally fantastic, therefore i would say they provide on the purchase price. Even the kids' macintosh and cheese had been phenomenal.

We visited Italiannis Greenbelt 2 for a few drinks and supper and the woman supervisor seated us. She provided us instructions that people need to scan their menus and covid type. I educated her that I don't possess a wifi and questioned her if shecan provide me the password for theirs as Italiannis wifi has been developing from my telephone. She well informed me that they haven't any wifi available however. THEREFORE I told her how do we order unless you have got a wifi. She instructed me to utilize my friend's phone rather. My pal was having difficulty linking to her wifi. I requested her to simply tell us the menus. And the girl mgr answered me that when I cannot follow their guidelines she can request us to leave. Okay, I said, we have been departing Bec there are many restaurants out within Greenbelt. We used in Texas Roadhouse, which experienced a wifi. I'm very shock that mgr still includes a job when she actually is very disrespectful to her clients. This pandemic will be closing several restaurants which kind of attitude can't be tolerated by clients. Italiannis had not been even 50% full whenever we arrived this evening. Probably she should sign up for the unemployed in order that she will figure out how to appreciate the client Bec it's not an easy task to get a work these days.

The restaurant badly requires a renovation. Very outdated interiors, probably in no way been updated because it opened a lot more than 1decade ago. Same staff.-- pretty much courteous , not really too snappy specifically during busy hrs like lunch hour . Food offers deteriorated... pasta sauces are usually watereddown, salad includes a mattress of soggy lettuce with a sliver of arugula . Ribs are usually... ugh, these can not be called "Ribs"..Good enough said.

the one thing this place is wonderful for is ripping people off. We purchased a pizza for 700 pesos, and there is more articles in a snickers bar. To cover up the fact there is just a teaspoonful of cheese, 3 small bits of pineapple chunks,they sliced a tomato and hoped it hid the actual fact there was very little, and After all nothing inside it, or on it! Eat at your peril, you have already been warned. Don't waste materials your money.

Greenbelt Makati branch has been quite unpleasant. Im very not sure the way the managers assigned desk allocations nonetheless it was visible to only have 1 employees who roam around on flooring. No mainstays to focus on guest needs. I must raise my hand a number of occassionsjust coz staffs ( which includes manager & not uncertain another lady in her informal wear) was too occupied with im nearly certain with what. At this stage were just 7 tables inside (16pax). In addition the caucasian male close to my table includes a different way of employees delivering their spiels. Personnel could even update him along with his purchase while for me personally was almost nothing. Simply irritating, all of your guest pays a similar for you guys never to provide a standard service. Also, you guys are usually ripping away from your clients, the purchase price for clam chowder soup is expensive for this to be just serve in a little rice bowl... in addition you'll find nothing much in there. Please ensure to improve this as your customers have limited time and energy to really stop by your restaurant. Least that can be done is ensure it is exceptional. I placed a pickup purchase here for 18:30 after getting told that the eating place closed at 19:00. When I attained 18:30, after strolling for 30 minutes, I came across that the cafe was closed. A safety guard explained that the eating place had closed at18:00. I made a decision to try placing an purchase again another week, this time around picking my purchase up at 17:00. Because of the government imposed limitations, I was struggling to enter the cafe and had to hold back outside for the personnel to create me my order. After waiting for half an hour, an employee member from the eating place made a decision to call me. She known as me an a-hole on the phone and explained that she got waited for me to get my order until nearly 02:00 each morning the previous week. It's crystal clear that her tale was a whole fabrication when i had seen that the cafe was closed when We arrived through the previous week. Addititionally there is no way that someone would wait around in a closed eating place for over seven hrs waiting for somebody to get an order. I've now acquired two bad experiences with this particular restaurant and an employee member's abusive behaviour had been the final straw.
