The Philippines' favourite snack, the now celebrated HALO-HALO has seen a huge selection of versions and numerous of these have landed on several people's social sites citing them as 'the best'...here's another one I could include on the list of good ones, Isla Cafe's own version: insteadof using liquid milk, they work with a special powdered milk making their version very tasty! The simple truth is it will be my first time to possess a halo-holo with powdered milk and I must say this is a must attempt. My just suggestion is they increase the level of their ingredients.

Isla Café advertises because the more casual version of the XO46 Heritage Bistro where we've also dined and found to end up being very good. They look like run choose the same group. They offer an array of traditional Philippine Merienda and Snacks includingSweets and Halo Halo. My partner purchased some eliminate sweets. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

The place is quite clean and the ambiance is actually good. Perfect for relaxing and learning. The food is quite tasty and the espresso taste is quite unique from other espresso stores. Its like your getting a zip of espresso in European countries with a tropicalambiance.
