I just found out last night through my website mom that Inagiku offers Japanese buffet. I usually just go to Circles for dining in Makati Shangri-La. For a price of almost Php 2,500 per person, it was worth splurging to. Inagiku is spared no expense in providing its customers the highest quality meats and other familiar Japanese dishes. The drinks are already included. There are 5 major stations here. You have the fresh line-up of sushi, maki rolls and sashimi prepared on the spot; Teppanyaki corner for plates of seafood and meats, cooked in front of you; Create your own salad; Sukiyaki + Tempura; and of course, a stretch of sweet treats of mostly Japanese inspired desserts! What to get to maximize the experience. I recommend their cubed cuts of Wagyu, Spicy Salmon Sashimi, Lapu Lapu Tepanyaki, and their Flourless Chocolate Cake. Reservation is a must here if you wish to get a seat, especially on weekends.

Inagiku is one of my top go-to Japanese resturants in Manila. It is quite pricey but you really get value for your money here. Their sashimi is the freshest I’ve tried in the metro, thus far. I love their chirashi bowl.

Very nice place, cozy, clean, relaxed atmosphere. Good food made from freshest ingredients. Food servings is just ok, but not enough for a big stomach. On the pricey side.

My family loves this restaurant. We decided to come here for lunch and tried their lunch set menu. My set consisted of 4 kinds of sashimi, appetiser, miso soup, rice, gindara and dessert. The sashimi is always fresh and portion size of the main dish is fair. The waiting time for the food doesn’t take too long and the servers are friendly and helpful. They always refill the tea and water and can give recommendations on what to order.

It’s alright. I don’t think there’s anything special about the place. Somehow since it’s Shangri-La your expectations when it comes to the food would be higher but this doesn’t do much for me. I sometimes go there tho. The service is okay.
