As a proud website, this place is a must-try! The servings of the food you order are well priced and reasonable, the taste being more than what you paid for! The courteous staff being the icing on my cake

One night after shift, I think it was a month or so ago (super delayed), I was told by one of our batchmate not to go home yet because Ate Annie, who was one of our friends too is inviting us to eat on a nearby resto. I was a bit hesitant at first since I have an original commitment to meet Daryl after shift. They said we will only be spending 30 minutes there then we can all go home. Since the resto is one kembot away from our office building, I agreed na din. I also wanted to try different resto anyway.

I had a plate of Lechon Macau (Php 125), one of their best-selling dishes, one Saturday evening. Now, if you were to charge me that much money, I expect more than a strip of fat (it seems like that was all I was eating, close to no meat at all). The yang chow friend rice that comes with it was ok and the flavor was fine, but man was it a disappointment. I won't pay for another plate at all.The service was horrible as service wasn't attentive nor hospitable. Ambiance wasn't good as well, since it seems like it has been a while since they cleaned the place and it looked quite messy. Food Quality: 2.5Service Quality: 2.5Ambiance: 2.5Overall Quality: 2.5Cheers,Chef JayPS: unfortunately I wasn't able to take a photo of the food as my phone died.

WORST. for a chinese restaurant? even comparing with chinese fastfood stores will put this restaurant to shame when it comes to food... the dining area was clean though as there were only two other customers at the time. I thought it was a franchise of the same company that publishes Cook magazine because they are in the same building housing other companies of the fortune group; what a shame if so. What would you think about slimy pancit served cold, with supposedly sweet and sour pork sauce that tasted like banana ketchup, with the buchi and dimsum dipped in that ketchup mix when served. Everything was cold except the rice. Their beef mami came with small portions of beef brisket that was very though compared to even a streethawker's beef pares. The beef mami's soup tasted like chicken stock and not even close to a hint of beef. The receipt was not even registered with BIR as it was a tab from a small register/calculator with no other marking except the prices and total. What a sham.

Honestly, I was reluctant to dine here at first due to the online reviews. However I decided to try it for myself, and (fortunately) I wasn’t disappointed.I ordered the beef with broccoli and some fried rice. For the price I paid, I did not expect the servings to be so large. The food was absolutely d e l i c i o u s. My only complaint is that the staff may be a bit unaware of their surroundings at times. But other than that, this restaurant is most definitely a solid 4.5/5 and I would certainly plan on dining again.

Taste - 1/5Ambience - 1/5Price - 2/5Customer Service - 1/5We ordered HK Golden Fried Rice, Sweet N Sour Pork, Hakao, and Pork Asado Congee. HK GFR was soggy and oily. Taste a bit like a bland Valenciana. Sweet n Sour was too salty. Nothing sweet about it almost all the port bits were either fats or flour. Hakao was so-so. Only good dish was the Congee, but the Asado bits were a bit bland as well. Servers were very unprofessional and talks like they’re supposed to be bums. Place was not clean. Ugh. Never going back here.

We ate here earlier. Well to be fair the staff were nice and attentive. The ambiance ehm so-so. The place was kinda dim when we ate. We ordered a bunch in their menu; Whole HK Fried Chicken, Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet, Birthday Noodles, King Dao Spareribs, Yangchow Fried Rice, and Patatim. (Unfortunately they don't have any available Desserts) All of them tastes great until the Patatim was served to us 10mins after, what upsets us is that they served us a undercooked Patatim it was smoking from the outside but inside, the meat was still cold up to the center. And it tastes like smoke when you eat it. Overall, we'll come back again but we'll stay out of the Patatim.

Considering I was craving for birthday noodles for a month or so, Hong Kong Noodles and Dimsum House saved the day. Though it was not as I expected, but for its price, it was good enough. We also had our orders delivered through Food Panda. And what I love the most about this experience is that our food was really freshly cooked. My noodles was smoking hot when it arrived and I can’t help but chug it down in just a few minutes. Hehe. They should lower the level of MSG, though. Hehe.

Dishes:1. Kutchay Dumplings : 2.5/52. Sze chuan squid rice topping : 2/51. Dumpling was pretty OK, cheaper than most dumpling spots but still lacked that Kutchay flavor 2. Only good thing was that the squid was cooked well. The rest mediocre. The rice was a bit old and the plate as a whole lacked flavor, I was expecting that Sze Chuan spicey but all I got what pepper flakes. Not as advertised.Overall I just was curious and gave the place a try. Good thing it will be my last.

For affordable Chinese food, Hong Kong Noodles is a good place to go to. I tried their Sweet & Sour Pork and it was worth it for its price. I'm not sure if I want to try it again, though, but I'm surely interested in trying the other items on their menu.
