whenever I'm craving for hakaw and I'm on a budget Hapchan is my go to. Loved all of their dimsums specially the hakaw. You can really taste the shrimp inside not like other hakaw from other restaurants.

I believe they are understaffed. The service was really slow. The beef brisket we ordered smelled bad and tasted sour. When we complained to the waitress, she just shrugged it off and said, “that’s how it’s supposed to taste like.” Well, we have been to other Chinese restaurants and their briskets didn’t have a funky smell. This branch’s only saving grace was the Steamed Fish Fillet. It was delicious. That said, if you’re craving for Chinese food, this branch should be your one of your least options.

Chinese food is always close to the hearts of Pinoys. I especially like their siomai here with a good combination of their beef mami. The pansit we ordered was delicious and flavorful. Their place is okay and staffs were attentive enough.

We’re craving for chinese food once we’re landed in Philippines. Our friend suggested to try Hap Chan and we’re so satisfied. The food is great. Wide range of chinese meals. Just name it and they will serve it. BEEF HORFUN is A MUST TRY! This restaurant become our to go place whenever we are craving for comfort food. They have many brances and guess what? All have the same food quality. Amazing!
