Almost everything went wrong with this much awaited visit. Firstly, website got the timing wrong - this place closes at 7pm, not 9pm. Secondly, I reached 7.05pm and they'd already shut off the coffee machine. Thirdly, they said kitchen was also closed and weren't even willing to give me cookies.Thankfully, I was offered their cold brew coffee, which was pretty good. And their wifi is good, so I was able to get some work done

I sinned. I committed a grave error. I did what a "would-be reviewer" should never commit... I expected.It happened (again) when we visited Habitual Coffee in Makati. We trooped there after reading glowing reviews, after listening to positive comments. Only to be disappointed... massively (I was with my Tita N. and my Vlogger cousin, Isabelle).We were impressed as we entered. The entrance and the counter and yes, the whole store have a certain character. But it was downhill from there.Two of the menu items we wanted were "out of the stock" (one is forgivable but two? Come on!). We settled for Grilled Cheese (how can you go wrong with grilled cheese?), Almond French Toast swimming (drowning?) in a plateful of maple syrup (why not renaming it Maple Syrup Toast?). And yes, the king of Habitual Coffee's Mistakes... the El Pogo Sausage Plate, that "organic, all-natural smoked classic sausage." That organic, all-natural pretense. That organic, all-natural blunder. Go on and judge it for yourself (of course, we might be wrong).Let's end this "review" with a letter:Dear Habitual Coffee, please put attentive, accommodating, knowledgable servers in place of the staff you have now who are inattentive, unaccommodating and clueless. And please, teach these people to be a little cheerful. A ray of sunshine won't cost you anything. I promise.Oh, PS... you do serve good coffee. But I think I will settle for coffee somewhere else. Tried their iced chocolate. Wish it could be richer. Not a coffee drinker but my friends seem to like to coffee here. They offered BOGO on International Coffee Day.Cookies are soft, but there's an after taste of coconut oil which I don't like.Got a Fig grilled sandwich to go and was still pretty good an hour later. The cheese they used was  gooey. Maybe less figs for me next time.

This coffee shop located in Chino Roces is one of the best places where you can sit down and workThere are sockets on the walls and tables and they also have free wifiThe entire place has a deconstruced and industrial aesthetic that looks great and the entrance on the side adds a layer of "oh wow so cool" to the entire place.I ordered a long black coffee and I highly ppreciated the strong and bitter taste that it has. My friend ordered an Iced Chocolate - also great.The coffee is amazing especially considering its price. I would definitely go back here when I need some work to be done.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff is very welcoming and it makes you feel as though you are long time friends. Coffee here is good but the pasta is quite average for me. When I visited the place, most of the food on the menu were out of stock which is pretty frustrating. Wifi here is super fast and there are electric outlets for your gagdgets!!!! The place is quite hard to find from the outside, but it is beside or share a space with a crossfit establishment (I think??? Not sure)

Yaaayyy! I was able to visit this cutie café along Chino Roces! I like the vibe of this café especially when you want to have a “me” time, or if you want to take a break from all the stress going on to your life, this is a good place to be.

You won’t realized there’s coffee shop inside because from outside it looks like a warehouse. We went there on Sunday afternoon, it’s quite full because the place is so small. They only has coffee, cookies and 3 kind of foods on the menu. I think they change it every day? I’m not sure. The price for the coffee is kinda pricey. We ordered iced coconut latte, flat white, and mocha. The taste is just okay, felt sleepy after. Nice place actually for study because it’s quite.

Their coffee is alright but I wish they offered more sizes. The ambiance is ideal for working/studying with plenty of couches and sockets. They also use metal straws which is good for the environment. There’s also a lack of savory snacks/food which I hope they’ll improve in the future.

I love making my school work here after working out at Primal Ape. The place is just homy. They serve good coffee and food. My fav is their cold brew, perfect as a preworkout drink. I love how their interior design is industrial.

Stopped by this coffee shop cause i need to bring a coffee to surprise my client.I only had two coffee to go with two sugar toasts ,they have their own coffee bean,it smells very rich,have to say not like starxxcuks at all heheThe only one staff not only the waiter also the coffee maker, while you waiting for the coffee, you could see how proficient the coffee marker is.its a great place for your sunday morning with a book.
