Second time, grabe sobrang tagal pa din nila mag serve hindi naman full house, for example yung friend ko humingi ng calamansi and naka tatlong beses na kaming ulit yet wala pa din so my friend decided na siya na lang kumuha then nakita siya ng server then “ay mam sorry nakalimutan ko” then nag pa take out kami kinulang ng isang food, saan kaya nalagay yon? Hahaha. Then yung pang third time we decided to eat again at giligans we ordered their 99 meals then isang dinuguan, after sumakit tyan namin ng friend ko. Ako whole day sumakit and siya 3 days, I WILL NEVER EAT AGAIN HERE.

Ambience:I miss the old look but the Giligan's of today looks more relaxing, inviting, and less gloomy.Food:Boneless Chicken Teriyaki had mildly sweet sauce, tender meat, and an overall fair serving size with iced tea.Grilled Tuna Belly is now one of my new favorites! Fish was really tender and delicious with and without toyomansi.Kare-kareng Gulay was typically very good especially with bagoong (shrimp paste).Melon Shake was good but I wish they served more.Nachos were so-so.Sizzling Beef in Sinigang Gravy was intriguing enough to try but I couldn't really taste anything sour. The texture of the meat was fine though.Sizzling Tofu was my second favorite and lucky enough, we had more than one order! It was sweet, creamy, and fun to chew.Service:We walked ourselves in since no one approached us outside.

I like Giligan’s concept and interiors, I just don’t think they’re getting like what they planned to. Anyway, my last dining experience in Giligan was bad, really. So I never thought of going back or trying another branch. Until now.I joined some of mg officemates for lunch and they chose Giligan’s. I was like “omg ano aatras ba ko o G lang?” I’m reviewing it so yes, nag G ako.The food was okay. We had a package order. S9. The sinigang was good. I don’t actually eat sinigang na isda but theirs was good enough for me to try at least one bowl of soup haha I loved the sisig though. It honestly look tasteless, but it isn’t. Thank God we ordered sisig. The staff were also nice. This particular experience was fine and ok. But everythjng makes me remember my psst experience which was “eeeeew”, but whatever. Til next review?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Probably one of the worst dinners I have had - ever. Sisig was disgusting - it was onions with mayo and some chicharon skin. Served on a sizzling plate na hindi sizzling. Service took forever and waiters were unresponsive - it seems the way they are managed or organized is the issue. Waited forever for my food and they missed my order. The only thing good was the garlic rice.Seriously, the worst.

I tried their sizzling pork sisig. I like Dencio's sisig better because I like my sisig dry and crispy and a bit burnt. Don’t get me wrong, Giligan's sisig is great just not my type of sisig. Maybe in another time it would have been on the top of my list.
