This place have live band performers on friday nights. We had a couple of drinks here for that friday chill out night with friends. With buckets of beer that is reasonably priced, we had a couple of sizzling platters as well. Gambas, mushroom, and of course, it will not be complete without the legendary sisig.

Had dinner, ordered sisig with Rice and Kare-kare. Sisig was like biting into a stone, weren't able to finish it. Kare-kare doesn't have anything on it apart from a few shreds of meat and thin slices of veges. Not a good place to eat.

VERY DISAPPOINTING RESTAURANT. Not worth the money. The restaurant was busy when we went in but we were able to find a table immediately. Service is ok. I would give a 3 out 5. Anyway, since we are just a group of 3 people, we ordered a dinner package worth almost P600. It says it's good for 4 persons. When the food arrived, we were surprised to see 4 cuts of Bangus belly swimming in too much sinigang soup (each maybe 2" x 3" in size). The grilled pork is not good for 4! It's just for 2 persons, if you would ask. The garlic chicken is ok. The iced tea? I thought it's just colored water.

I am reviewing Giligan's in Glorietta 5. We came by 8PM, and like what we have expected, we have to wait for our turn. We immediately decided what to order. We have chosen F3 (rice platter, iced tea, liempo, garlic fried chicken, sinigang na bangus sa miso) and we have added sizzling gumbas and pork sisig. After taking our seats, we have noticed that there is something wrong with their service. They placed the plates and utensils after a few minutes. The waitress who have noted our order does not seem to understand their menu, saying that F3 does not have unli rice. She asked the other server to confirm our order, and the said server assisted us instead. We saw an empty table near us so we asked the waiter if we can transfer and he said no since it was reserved. Yet, the table was given to the people who are next in line. I was getting disappointed with the service. They served the iced tea first. We thought that they will be giving service water too (this is what I have experienced in Giligan's in Ayala Terraces) but they did not. We ended up asking for service water. The food is superb though I am not fond of their pork sisig. It tastes okay, not my kind of sisig, plus it was not braces friendly. The gambas seem to lack something that I cannot pinpoint. Liempo and sinigang na bangus belly in miso were my favorite for tonight's dinner. The place was average. I hope they try to lighten up the place a bit. It looks worn out. Staff are really helpful. Keep it up :). Foods are ok though not that great. The place is nice, great ambiance. It's the crew that really standout.

Been here a while ago and I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED with the DISHONESTY of the CREW. It was my first time to dine at A. Venue Makati and we chose Giligans over other restaurants because of the great food choices and for the cheap beers. I've known Giligans for serving great filipino dishes, especially sisig and bulalo. We're expecting a balikbayan visitor from the US whose been missing the Philippines for a decade so we wanted authentic filipino dishes. When I asked for the bill, I noticed that the beer count was unusual. There were only five of us who ordered beer and yet it is indicated in the receipt that we ordered 30 bottles. I asked my friends to recall how many did they consume and as we can all remember, we only consumed an average of 5 bottles each (that makes it 25 bottles only) since most of us were in a hurry. I was uneasy even when we were already going to the parking. Suddenly I noticed that I forgot to have my parking ticket validated at the restaurant to have the parking fee free. So I went back to giligans and had my ticket validated. Out of curiosity I also asked to have my orders counter checked. Only to find out that my doubt was true. We only consumed 24 bottles based on the order slips and not 30 as what is in the receipt. I also noticed that the charge for the iced teas we ordered which were upgraded to 'bottomless' was only hand written in the receipt as additional to the total bill. I also remebered that when I was paying for the bill, the waiter suddenly mentioned that their machine for credit card payments was not working. It only confirms that it was their style of making money by adding orders which we did not consume and to collect in cash instead of credit cards so they can get hand of the extra payment right away. It was a just a small amount but it caused inconvenince and disappointment. Honestly, even if the food here is great i will never dine again in any of their outlets.

A place for casual dine and drinks without overdressing too much. Just come as you are in fact. The dishes are your average-testing Pinoy dishes, which is suitable for an 'inuman' kind of night.

This is a nice place to go to to hang out with friends. The atmosphere here is lively and one will certainly enjoy. The food here is typical Filipino food but they do have their merits and they still taste good. Love their crispy pork sisig which comes with their signature sauce which livens up the whole dish.

Good place to unwind as the food here is great! Love their Filipino dishes and their pork sisig is really delicious. The service here is okay. At times the staff is slow and at times they are fast. Place can get packed on Friday nights, so it would do one well to arrive early to get seats especially when with a large group.

I got their garlic and butter baked oysters and it was a very delicious dish. I love the ration of butter and oyster size. Not too little and not too much. I also got their binagoongang lechon kawali with kangkong. What a rice buster dish. It was so flavorful that I ended up eating 3 cups of rice!
