Pretty good hotpot. More value for money when ordering the set ones and in big portion such as USDA beef with veg and seafood deluxe. Average per pax is 500.

One of my faves around Power Plant Mall. ❤️❤️ Plus they always seem to have space even on a Sunday lunch (and it is soooo crowded at Power Plant Mall during Sundays). We ordered the all natural angus beef with dumplings. Me and my boyfriend eat a lot but the beef alone was enough for the both of us. It was really tasty and filling plus the serving was really huge. We almost couldn't finish just the meat alone. I honestly hate peanut butter but the peanut sauce that they have for the meat was just so yummy. I did not expect that beef plus their peanut sauce would just make sense. I can't explain it, but it made sense. The soup that we always order is the spicy miso soup, which isn't really too spicy (I like it that way because I'm not too fond of spicy food). This place is definitely worth coming back to. 💕

This is my favorite shabu shabu restaurant even more than Gloria Maris or Healthy Shabh Shabu and the main reasons are 1) The 2 simple sauces!!! They make the meat and vegetables taste even better - sesame and ponzu then you can personalize with how much garlic, green onions, chili powder etc. you want; 2) The thinly sliced beef that cooks in seconds!!! 3) The simplicity of their sets that come with the basic beef and vegetables (carrots, tofu, lettuce, mushrooms etc) only, of course you can add dumplings but honestly for me, the beef & the sauces are all I need partnered with unlimited rice! We always get the spicy miso broth.I eat here with or without discount or promos so imagine my happiness when I saw them on the Eatigo app. So since this restaurant is currently on the free Eatigo app, you can reserve a time slot and get up to 50% off your total food bill when you dine in. Download the app and when you register, you can input my referral code “EatigoRia” for additional freebie/s, and you can start enjoying dining with discounts!

Even if they serve single sets only (was looking for unli-shabu-shabu), I thought of giving this place a try. I did not regret visiting this place as I love everything about it. We had mild spicy miso broth and ginger chicken broth. Both tasted a bit bland, but enough to cook the veggies and beef without overpowering its flavors. We had the beef and vegetable + dumpling set for 2. The beef (USDA Beef) was tender, no foul smell and very flavorful. The variety of dumplings (balls) filled us up, too. Not the usual balls you get from other places that are just mostly extenders. Though we ordered set for 2, we kinda felt “bitin” coz their food was really yummy. So we ordered additional plates of squid and clams. The squid was a bit tough, though. But the mussel was fresh, not the ones you get from the local market. Add to the experience is the unlimited rice, peanut sauce (add some garlic) and the vinegar sauce (add some chopped raddish and leeks) which I practically slurped more than the soup. Hehe. Over-all experience was great. A comfort place to go back to.

Nice place, it’s not my favorite and I don’t really understand the benefit of cooking your soup yourself but it was an okay experience since I don’t really enjoyed the steamy date. Portions are obviously big but overpriced.

Powerplant was packed on a mother's day so we just went for Ganso. She wanted to eat fish so I got her their Tuna belly but mom was kinda disappointed that it was a tad too salty and overcooked. Kurobuta Ramen was alright though.

My sister and I love this place! We have never been truly a fan of soups before. But ever since we tried Ganso, we always go back again and again. This is our go-to place when we feel kind of home-sick, or when we’re not feeling good, or want to have a homey-feels healthy food. So we usually order their veggies set, veggies and dumplings, or the one with the regular (medium) size beef with chicken ginger and spicy miso broth. All the dishes they serve are so delicious and palatable! So you can’t actually go wrong with anything that you order. Though, we have our favorites in their menu. We suggest you order chicken karaage, kani salad, tempura, lychee shake and... their RICE is the total bomb! This is our happy tummy healthy place. And the servers (Powerplant Mall) are very attentive to the needs of the customers. Also, the servings are huge. Pro-ganso tip: you can ask for a broth refill and you can also have a refill for your cup of rice (all for free!). I highly recommend this restaurant! 👌

We each had a large order of the single USDA beef set, and it was much better value than I expected. For 460 pesos, it's more beef than I expected to get, and it's good beef. You also get unli rice as well, and veggies too. By today's standard, that's a pretty good value meal already. I liked it, I would definitely stick to the spicy miso soup as your soup base as it's the most flavorful one.

Ganso Shabuway is a Japanese-style hotpot place offering different meat and vegetable sets, and four soup options. In addition, all of their sets comes with unlimited Japanese rice. Whenever we come here, we always order their Spicy Miso and Ginger Chicken soup to go with our meat. The former for dipping, and the latter for drinking - since the ginger really gives the soup flavor and depth. Since it's Japanese style, their meat comes with Ponzu and Sesame sauce. I like dipping the meat in Sesame, and the vegetables in Ponzu.
