For the best Crispy Fried Tilapia matched with Bagoong you can never go wrong with Freska located at the 3F RCBC Plaza. Fish is served hot, crispy and is big enough for sharing. Aside from the Fried Tilapia, they have other food to choose from and is very affordable. Their staff are friendly and efficient. The only issue I have with them is the serving time which is bit long especially during lunch hour.

I always order their Crispy Fried Tilapia with matching Bagoong! WOW! You can never go wrong with this one! I always request to extra toast my Tilapia. Their staff are very efficient, a very affordable price they offer for their dishes.

Their crispy fried tilapia here is simply the best plus it has a free soup and bagoong on the side. The price is just right if you are on a tight budget and the food taste good. I also love their Chicken Inasal.

They have a combo meal WC is good for 2 at Ph 299 only. We ordered combo 3 comprising inasal, barbeque, and sinigang. Inasal lacks flavorings as it was not completely marinated. Vegetables in the sinigang is overcooked but the barbeque is good.

I must say they have a lot of combo meals but food is ordinary. Nothing special in its taste. I haven't been to this place again. I just tried them once.
