It’s my first time eating here through website’s help and it didn’t disappoint me from my cravings! Best restaurant to eat if you are craving for home cooked food

I've been eyeing Fely J's whenever I pass by Greenbelt because of their queue and volume of diners, and luckily, for it was the last stop to my first website FC last July 2018 🚩 Fely J's serves Filipino-Asian cuisine and for goodness gracious, we were almost full. For the appetizers, we had the Utan Illongo, and Thai Shrimps and Pomelo. The soup tasted like misua to me and the shrimp and pomelo salad was a bit bland (due to frozeness?).For the mains, we had the Tilapia with Sweet Plum Sauce, Lengua Rendang, Braised Beef with Radish, Temple Crab, Binagoongang Baboy, and Sisig Fried Rice. My most favorite among them was their Braised Beef. I really like chinese spices that's why I liked their braised beef. The Lengua was also good, does not taste like the mainstream lengua. The Tilapia was nice and crispy, and the binagoongan is just the way I like it. Paired all of them with their sisig rice! For the desserts, they have the Snowy Mango and Cassava Bibingka. The Snowy Mango is like a Filipino style bingsu. Like I said, I'm very picky with mangoes especially on desserts. But I really loved their cassava bibingka! I'm neutral when it comes to cassava (since my family always buy it as a pasalubong for their friends) and when I thought how will it go with bibingka, it tasted very custardy and delicious! (I almost want to take home one, haha)The place very much looks like you're in a fancy Hacienda with the 'maharlikas'. The ambiance and the feel of the restaurant is very historically exquisite. The staffs are nice too. I even remembered when all of them (foodies) ordered coffee, and I'm the only one who chose a hot chocolate! The price of their foods are above the average Filipino priced foods, but I also considered the fact that it's in Greenbelt 5 and their target market.Hoping to come back soon! Superb restaurant! My first time to visit and eat here. Bit of special since we were with the company’s CEO. The service is fast, didnt take long to have our food served. Quality of food and presentation is beyond expectation. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you’re with non-pinoy friends/colleagues 😊

Dine: weekday, late lunchFirst meal when we arrived in Manila. Over all food was great 👍. Highly recommend to family & friends. Sikreto ni Maria is love - suman with slices of sweet mangoes topped with velvety soft macapuno iced cream. Combination was perfect - well balanced. Suman was authentic- you can taste the sweetness of coconut milk. Ice cream was not too sweet . Mango was very good. Another Super love is the Gambas Tisoy. It’s an appetizer but so good over a spoonful of rice. It’s like spanish sardines in olive oil but using shrimps and topped with slivers of fried garlic. We placed a second order but unfortunately it was served. Tilapia in Plum Sauce was also delicious. It’s like escabeche but milder taste (less sourness and sweetness is just right). Rice with dilis on top (don’t know the name) didn’t work for me. Rice was kinda dry and hard. Crunch from the dilis in every spoonful of rice was kinda too much for me. Dry rice & dilis crunch was too much. Chicken mabuting inasal was ok. Not dry and was tasteful. Crabs was good. Lengua didn’t work for me as well. Venue was nice. 👍 Service was ok. Over all experience was good . Would like to go back for Sikreto ni Maria,Gambas Tisoy and Tilapia in Plum Sauce.

Fely J's is a great place to bring your family and foreigner friends. They have a great selection of filipino classics like crispy pata, pancit guisado (dry noodles), whole fried fish and more. We added some sweet and sour shrimp (small serving but good enough for 2 people) and beef with broccoli. What a feast!
