Ordered food from here for delivery via website. Delivery was on time and the food was well packaged with labels of dish names. The orange salad (Insalata di arance) was fresh and zesty with a good citrus dressing.Garganelli All'Amatriciana - a pasta dish with spicy tomato and pamcetta - was quite good. As was the Tagliatelle Bolognese. Both the dishes, however, seemed to be missing some 'oomph'. Maybe because it was delivered and probably just missing some shredded parmesan. Risotto al Funghi Porcini was great. Classy dish executed well. Paired well with my bottle of Malbec

A hidden gem deep in the bowels of Poblacion as one can easily get lost in the maze of narrow one-way side streets here. This is Hotel Durban's (a 2-star boutique hotel) main restaurant. Surprisingly, side street parking was quite easy here considering that it was a weekday night.I will just speak in general -- their fried mozzarella, salads and canolli were quite good, the latter being the best I have tried so far in Manila. The pastas were just OK, nothing to rave about. But their crepe lasagna presented a twist on the usual lasagna. I actually liked it as the pasta part itself was a light crepe wrapping which was not heavy to the tummy. I found their soups to be a bit watered-down though. It is not the best Italian restaurant in Makati but prices are reasonable and they do have dishes that can elicit a few raves. It's worth a try.

Loving the sophisticated interior! Had breakfast here and the food didn't disappoint. They also give out a mini cookie along with a cup of tea. Pricey though but worth it. :)

Cheap drinks, very clean and cozy ambiance.Very accommodating waiters and the service is superb. Its not crowded since we stayed at their hotel on a Sunday and have our drink on a Sunday night. Mojito - 100 pessos - 😀 thumbs up! San Mig Super Dry - 100 pesos love their glass too..

It was November 1 and searching for a place to eat was a chore. Most if not all of the restaurants in Makati Business Central were closed so we travelled to food hub, Poblacion. It was an unexpected turn that made us land here. Farfalla Osteria is the restaurant of Hotel Durban. They have this well thought of pair of pizza and pasta. It was a perfect order for us and it can be for solo diners as well. We had the deliciously cheesy and fresh Margherita Pizza and meaty tasty Pomodoro. Great serving size for Php 225. For desserts we had their Torrone Semifreddo and Tiramisu. The former was really creamy but too buttery at the same time. I did like the chewy texture of the nougat. The latter had a nice light layers of mascarpone but its coffee taste was quite weak. Their wonderful cup of Cafe Latte is less than a Php 100 and most of their alcohol picks are affordable for its fancy, cozy ambiance. I love the art pieces and artsy walls. Expect a warm service here as well.
