It was my website friend who introduced me to Eric Kayser & initially I thought it was just okay. So when I passed by this enticing store of pastries, I bought milk & white chocolate chip cookies to give it another try.The verdict? I still don't get Eric Kayser! It looks good but my taste buds are saying otherwise. It's not bad. It's just not good. The cookies are big though.Taste - 2.5Value for Money - 2.5Service - 3.5Ambience - 3.5

Went to Rustan's Makati for our grocery rounds and I was so happy to see Eric Kayser. My friend gave me a pack of cookies as a gift last Christmas and I really liked them. I checked their display right away and spotted their Dark Chocolate Cookie. For 90Php, you'll get a big and really thick chocolate cookie with dark chocolate chips, lots if walnuts and pecans! I took a bite and completely forgot to take a picture of the oozing chocolate and the generous amount of nuts. IT WAS SO GOOD. Better than the Salted Double Chocolate Cookie if Dean & Deluca. My daughter also got a Cheese Croissant and it was equally good. It was buttery and flaky.

Was looking for a quick snack after a tiring walk from Glorietta, searching for a gift for a friend. Their display caught my attention and made me think of pasalubong for my parents so i decided to check more of what they're selling. I ended up buying baguette, Ekmek (they said it was low (or no?) sugar) and cookies for me.I fell in love with their cookies. I rarely eat milk chocolate (I'm a dark choc kind of person) but hey, you can't resist Eric Kayser's Milk Chocolate cookies! I think i finished one in just few bites. The cookies were full of nuts and chocolate chunks. So heavenly! Super worth the price. Definitely going back to try other breads and pastries (because I should've bought croissants; everybody loves croissants, right?)
