Nice, hidden resto located on the 2nd floor of Rustan's Makati. My recommended dishes would include the sashimis, mushroom and pork gyoza, Thai red curry, mooshoo pork, and definitely their pad thai (or beef hofan). Slightly on the steep side though on pricing.

A nice cozy place hidden away from the crowd. It's not big, but it has a nice cozy interior, organized and well maintained. The food was fresh and i can say it has one of the best maki I had eaten since coming back home in the Philippines. California maki was surely turned new to me as I am used to having avocado in it, but the one at East Cafe offer has mangos! I am addicted to mango, so good job! I ended up ordering twice. I am not a fan of salads compared to Gene, but the salt and pepper crab salad was a delight for me! Lapu lapu with tamarind sauce was also good. The fish was good, tangy and didn't have a strong fish smell, which is good.
