Time to Dine to UnwindIf you are looking for a place to unwind after a long day of school or work and want to catch up with friends, Draft Restaurant and Brewery is definitely the place for you! Last Wednesday, Feb 26, my friends and I decided to go to Draft Restaurant and Brewery at Greenbelt 3 since my Uncle is one of the part owners. We arrived at the resto at around 1:40 pm and were able to eat first before we started the interview with the manager, Ms. Celeste Umali. Ms. Umali said that the Greenbelt Branch started on July 1, 2013. Draft also has branches in Rockwell. BGC, Alabang, and Ayala Malls The 30th in Pasig City. It was named Draft since they “draw” the beer in a way that it drops. The restaurant is known to be a huge distributor of wine and beers and their wine is imported and originally crafted here in Manila. Although the manager stated that they want to change the concept which is Draft is only known for its beer. She said that they also want to be known as a gastropub that serves delicious European and Asian fusion meals. The restaurant offers affordable lunch specials from 11 am - 3 pm that comes with free red iced tea. Students or Workers can afford their Lunch Specials daily at a price of Php 199. When it comes to dinner on the other hand, the most affordable dish starts at a price of Php 400. Each serving is generous since the size of the food is just right and is delicious at the same time. It has a great ambiance, after all it is a Sound or Music Like Restaurant. Although at first my friends and I hesitated going inside the resto, in the end it was all worth it as we certainly felt relaxed as we dined here. The manager stated that most of the the people who dine in Draft are student graduates and are from companies who just want to relax after an exhausting day. Draft’s specialty is their 4 Craft Beer along with the Rosee Hoegaarden for the ladies and Stella Artois for the men. On the other hand, their signature dishes are their Peri-Peri, Fish and Chips, Gangnam Beef Stew, etc. What’s amazing about this restaurant is that it transforms as time passes by. The restaurant opens from 11 am and closes at 2 am in the morning. To start the day, they play soft music and the music is chill. They even played one of my favorite Tik Tok songs which is Don’t Start Now by Dua Lipa. From 9 pm onwards, they now serve drinks and the restaurant turns into a bar. In Draft, they are very strict when one wants to purchase a beer since they first ask for their customer’s ID’s to make sure that the customers they serve are not underage. To add to this, the resto is also family oriented and kids-friendly. The manager stated for instance if a mom wants to drink but brought her kid along with her, they offer things such as coloring book, gummy bears, and balloons so that both can enjoy their dining experience in Draft. The service is fast and they have friendly and accommodating staff. One can opt to order their meals via Grabfood, Lalafood, and website. I strongly recommend that people should visit Draft Restaurant and Brewery. People should visit Draft because you get to have that European experience. They not only have good food but they also offer value for money. That is why after our dining experience here in Draft, my friends and I decided to go to Draft next time.

Had a terrible experience twice. First time they refused to take our order because our table is not yet complete. This rule despite having very few customers, many tables available and no queues. Second time we opted to just leave because they’re just ignoring us despite repeated attempts to get their attention. You need a LOT of patience if you want to eat here

Ordered the Draft Burger which is too expensive for its size. Was gonna order the pizza but it's not included in zom. Servers were inattentive. Never going back again.
