A good place to hang out for a coffee with family, like the plain interior design with bamboo ceilings and that view outside while drinking coffee. Better if you come here 4 to 5 pm.

BEST MATCHA FRAPPUCINO YET. I got their vanilla latte and their matcha frappucino during a visit and I must say it is superb quality for a reasonable price.The matcha did not give a hint of "processed food" taste at all. It tasted earthy as how it should be while the vanilla latte did not disappoint still giving it a caffeine kick with the lingering vanilla after taste.It's pretty cheap for Korean cafés which are usually overpriced but failing to deliver quality.The ambiance was just relaxing and very inviting productivity with the wifi connection as well as the crowd (mostly students and professionals).

De Ete Espresso is an organic cafe at the top of Century City mall, just outside the Hole in the Wall.According to the staff, their green tea, coffee, and herbal teas are organic. It just gives us a break from our usual Starbucks coffee. They are pushing for a healthier coffee lifestyle.Iced Cafe Latte is just a normal latte but less milkier and lighter in body. I like it how its refreshing in the warm, sunny afternoon.Iced Green Tea Latte was rich matcha flavor that is sweet and milky. It might be too sweet for some, but I like it the way it is. Sweet, creamy, with matcha bitterness. Peanut Butter Bun was disappointing. It was a custard filled bun topped with peanut butter and chocolate syrup. The bun was abit chewy at the bottom. The sweet peanut buttery and the chocolatey bitterness pairs well with the custard filling.DeEte may not seem as attractive to us as our usual cafe, but it promises you to bring healthy, organic coffee and teas from Korea. #TheFoodCrawlers #OngsFoodprints

It was a very long day for my BF and I, travelling from North (QC) to South (Manila Bay Area) and then back to Makati. We were so sleepy but despite buying coffee from a popular coffee shop we really could not muster enough energy to be excited to watch this summer’s biggest action flick which we had been waiting for in ages. Since it was our first time here, we explored Century Mall and chanced upon this place at the uppermost portion of the mall. Surprisingly, given that a lot of people were occupying every seat in the previously mentioned coffee shop, this one is pretty empty except for 2 tables. This allowed us to appreciate the architecture and quirky chic ambiance of Deete with seemingly wooden bamboo shoots sticking out of the ceiling. We ordered the Caramel Latte (P145) and after a few sips, we were wide awake. Not only that, it was one of the better tasting coffee I’ve had in a while. While browsing, I discovered they had a lot of outlets and wifi, so it’s a good place to study. My only complaint was that it took a while for our sandwich to be served. I guess its understandable as it is not their usual product offering. Aside from coffee, they also had smoothies, bingsu (Korean Halo-halo) and various flavors of latte which look pretty interesting to try, considering that its an organic café. I would definitely be back if I am in that area
