Crepe Amelie is a cozy little coffee/crepe shop located at the ground floor of AVenue in makati. It serves decent crepe cake (I ordered the one with toasted almonds), not surprisingly good but good enough. The coffee was ok as well. I particularly like how the place was decorated to give it a homey feel to it. What I wasn’t too particularly please about was how much they charged for their coffee and pastries I felt it was a little too much, also I wasn’t thrilled with the level of professionalism of their crew. They would loiter around the cafe and chat incessantly as if they were at home, ignoring the other paying customers.

Mango SamuraiToasted Almond CaramelBoth desserts were good - Generous fresh mangoes and creamy ice cream. Pillow soft mille feuille and crispy almonds. Nice pairing with tea or coffee.

three words: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! Food was heavenly 😍 Crepe Amelie’s butter caramel reminds me of La Creperie’s Salidou, which is my ultimate favorite. Also, their Dulce de Leche crepe cake was da bomb. I was hesitant to order it because I’m not big on sweets but oh myyy, this is a must try! It’s such a game changer. Crepe Amelie’s definitely one of my faves now.

I've been dying to eat here, try their crepes, and I was super disappointed. Nothing special about the ambiance. Not even well ventilated. The staff doesn't even know how to smile. Not impressed with the food, not worthy of their price.

If you eat here, you must of course order their crepes. They are absolutely gorgeous and delicious. Even if you just order the simple crepes with sugar, butter and lemon zest, it is still very good. That is the test of a good crepe -- it should be tasty even without the fillings and toppings. And don't forget to pair it with a cup of coffee. They have strong and aromatic coffee. I am a Cafe Americano fan and theirs is just perfect.I am not impressed with the white pasta I ordered. I found it bland and lacking in sauce. Maybe I should have tried their other pastas.I love the ambiance of this cafe. It's small but stylish and cozy. And they have a good WiFi! ☺Service is excellent. Their staff are well-trained and always serve with a smile.

Tuna primavera pasta was really tasty. Also ordered their Chicken meal with rice, chicken was kind of bland but the dressing of the broccoli made up for it

Found another breakfast /brunch spot in Makati!I was about to eat at COMMUNE Café and Bar. I went there around 9:30 am but there was a on- going construction. The worker told me that they'll open at around 10 to 10:30 am so I had no choice but to leave and look for another place to eat since I am already hungry.Crepe Amélie is located at A Venue Mall along Makati Avenue, few steps away from where we are staying, Lub'd hostel.I ordered Shrimp Aglio Olio for 280 pesos, Cucumber Apple Mint for 130 pesos and Banana PB & Nutella for 300 pesos.I really enjoyed the food that I ordered. The pasta was al dente and they topped it with good-sized shrimps. The pasta dish wasn't oily at all, it has the right balance of flavors. One of the best crepe that I have tasted in my whole life. This isn't an exaggeration!!The staff forgot to serve my drink, they only served it when I followed it up but it's okay. The staff were really friendly and can communicate well in english.
I really had a good time dining at Crepe Amélie, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Came here for breakfast and ordered the Sausage and Baked beans with egg and crepe. I advised i am vegetarian so to omit the sausage, she then asked if I'd like ham instead which i replied 'no meat please' , she then offered me chicken and again stressed no meat, eventually the penny dxropped and she said would you like extra baked beans which i gladly agreed to. When the crepe arrived it looked good but it wasn't hot which raised the question why can't you smell the crepes frying on the pan? All our crepes were cold but surely they are made fresh on the premises and made to order?? Anyhow they tasted good but not thin enough for my liking, though nice eggs and yummy baked beans. Also i really enjoyed my Matcha Latte.
