This is my go to place for dessert after having a late lunch at Ryu Ramen which is just beside Coca Cafè. (Ryu Ramen does not serve dessert).Coca Cafè serves bottomless coffee for a slice of Chocolate cake, Coffee Caramel or Blueberry Cheesecake from 2-5pm.The taste of the cakes or even the coffee is nothing great. What makes me keep on coming back is the really cheap price. You cannot get that big slice of cake with bottomless coffee anywhere in the Makati for that price.The overall appearance of the restaurant is just ok. The high ceiling makes it look spacious but the air conditioning needs to be improved as the mall is cooler than inside the restaurant.

The 1st time I tried this branch, most of what I liked in their menu are unavailable. So I was forced to order their spring roll, w/c I found a bit bland.Now, months after my 1st visit, they had improved immensely on this area.We ordered the following:- Wonton & Tofu Soup- Stir-fried Bokchoy w/ Oyster Sauce- Fish Tausi w/ Tofu- Deep-fried Shrimp- Three Cups ChickenI enjoyed everything we ordered, especially their soup, fish tausi and chicken.The service is excellent, too. The waiter we were assigned to was friendly, very knowledgable on the menu and gave helpful tips on what to order.

Appearing as a riot of colors, the Crispy Noodles with Seafood (PhP 250) came with a generous serving of seafood and just the right level of crispiness to the noodles without being too oily. This must be a classic savory Chinese comfort food that’s rich, robust, and flavorsome.The Grilled Tuna Belly with Rice (PhP 250) was just average at best. For the most part, it tasted like smoke on the outside. Maybe it was grilled too much that the charring added more to the non-enjoyment of the entree. Since we thought the tuna belly was overcooked, it was also dry and we could not taste any juiciness inside.The Sweet and Sour Fish with Rice (PhP 200) was fairly good, although it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. The tender and lightly fried pieces of fish did neither tasted but nor overly sweet. This dish would be more appetizing if they could increase the sourness.There were hits and misses but we had a good time after all. I loved the clean dining area most. The service team deserves an award for being nice accommodating. Budget did not waiver, however, for the quality of food we had this time, price for value could be better.
