..the cloud nine cake is their best seller - because of the taste and the price. so i thought, the rest of the cakes should be too - i was wrong. we got the dolly sin and the midnight cake (?) as well as the brownie and new york cheesecake. the former 2 chocolate cakes were dry and lacked luster, the cheesecake was baked (w/c i liked) but other than that it didnt spell spectacular to me. the brownies (as described by my friend) seemed to be the only one that faired nicely amongst what we ordered. the place was small and a bit old fashioned, i guessed this place will only be known for one cake and that's their 'cloud nine'.

The only thing I've tried here was the Cloud 9 and this is enough reason for me to always go back and just have this piece of cake.  It was heavenly hence the name.  Try it for you to believe.

Cloud 9 Cake 👌🏻👍🏻🙌🏻Wooh I think I ate half of it or more than half 😅 the place is old, matching floral table clothes and chair covers which I really find it very interesting. I don't know about you guys but I like it. Prices are very affordable. They offer different varieties of food from rice meals to clubhouses and cake slices of course. I think they just need to improve the counter and display cases, its dated.

I had for take out their cloud 9 (430). The size is good for several people. It tastes good. It's chocolate chiffon with 2 layers of white cream (it tasted like condensed cream) and chocolate frosting on top.I also tried their bread pudding (25). I liked it.For those who have been to Baguio, this tastes like chona's delight from Tea House on session road.

When Claudette's says that it specializes in cakes, it really is...and only cakes. My boyfriend and I tried their meals for a quick dinner and we were equally disappointed. I had grilled cheese and egg, which was supposed to be ham and cheese, but the waiter said they ran out of ham. It tasted homemade - anyone can do this dish and it used ordinary slices of white bread too. The chips on the middle (see my photo) were just Oishi. We also got their Chicken Teriyaki. Once again, another homemade dish. Nothing special and not worth the price. We just laughed off the whole experience and made sure that we remember that Claudette's is just for CAKES.

Went here for a breakfast since I was near the area and was disappointed with their brekkie meals. Serving time was quite long and all of the dishes ordered (be it the omelette, the beef tapa, the corned beef) tasted bland. The sunny side up eggs didn't even have salt. Probably better if you make your own breakfast at home instead. Brekkie meals are not their specialty definitely. The place looks like it needs some cleaning as there were flies. The only saving grace why I'm giving passing grade for this food place? Their Ube De Leche cake. Having heard the this place offers good cakes around the metro, I simply wouldn't leave this resto appalled without trying their cakes. This particular cake got me interested since the rest of the cakes in their display ref are chocolates. Good choice, since the texture was firm and it has the right amount of sweetness. And it only cost less than a hundred bucks per slice. The cashier was respectful and nice, but the facial expression of the waitress seemed like she's not in the mood to serve.

I love their Cloud 9 cake, which my mom buys for special occasions. Today I ate here with an old friend. I had their Beef Stroganoff, and we shared a slice of Dolly Sin.I liked the Beef Stroganoff. Money for value in terms of quantity and taste. Lots of mushrooms and beef and cheese, and some onions to lighten things up. It's a bit rich towards the end though but really good nonetheless. The Dolly Sin cake is a fudgy, mousse-like chocolate cake with caramel drizzle on the side. It's delightfully sweet without being too rich. Buuut I think I still prefer the lightness of Cloud 9. Hehe. Can't wait to try their other cakes soon!

I only heard about Claudette’s a day before I tried it. It was one of my friend’s favorite cake places so we just had to try it to together when I told her I will be in the area. I ordered Grilled Chops and it was okay. The pork was tender and it didn’t have much fat in it (yay healthy char!). All meals here come with free soup but it tasted bland. For the dessert, I forgot what kind of chocolate cake we had. It had so many chocolate layers in it and I like how the layers were equally made. It had thick chocolate drizzle on top as well. Obviously, the cake was so chocolatey and was so sweet. It’s definitely good for sharing cos you’ll get the umay factor.

Location : Conveniently located near a lot of Makati OfficesFood : Grilled Chops, Chicken Teriyaki Price : a bit expensive The grilled chops were a bit hard to chew seems and tastes more of fried rather than grilled. The teriyaki was great
