Terribly disappointed when i didn't expect their signature ensaimada to be minus the ube filling and badly burnt(see picture). I never expected this from the Holiday Inn wall plug as their standards ought to be high. It had been not yet available when I ordered and Iwent back again for it a couple of hours after (these were baking some, we were informed) for remove. But this is exactly what we got. A burnt ensaimada with whitened cheese? Rather than ube. We didn't still bother to warm it up, just what a waste of effort and money!! (Another for it). Too awful I didn't check any more as it was within the package and I was in a rush. Next time do not sell burnt/ poor product. It should visit the trash bin!

Also, how has been I to know they can “customize” meals for my kid? What infuriated me had been how insistent the supervisor has been concerning the corkage fee.
