I went to try this chain, and it is okay.For some reason it felt like some chinese imitation of other good tea chains. This feeling kept on hovering over me and colored the whole experience.Well, the psychological is an important aspect of any place we eat at, so I rated it accordingly.

In the past when I've come to this location I've always gotten their Taro milk tea with no add-ons, and they have chunks in their taro! Amazing! I've tried their pudding add-on before at their Kapitolyo location, but hadn't tried the red bean or coffee jelly until now. Both are wonderful, but of the two I'd have to say the red bean was the real value-add.This location is usually a little more crowded than the location in Eastwood or Shangri-La for some reason, but luckily this time we didn't have too much of a wait. Really, the only downside can be the often lengthy lines and limited seating, but the quality of the Tea, boba, and variety of add-ons, make Chatime a solid spot to satisfy anyone's Milk Tea cravings.

Was here for a quick visit and decided a quick snack with my favorite drink here which I haven't tried for a while. So they had this chicken burger meal with drink so I decided to give this a go. For a fast food type set up just be ready for this meal to take about 10mins to prepare as they really cook it from scratch once u order it. The burger itself is a small size as compared to burgers out there but it certainly had good burger ingredients inside from the mayo sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, delicious cheese etc. Bread was a little crusty on the outside and soft inside which I also liked. So this was the first time I tried the burger and it was not bad. Now my favorite drink is always the Roasted Milk Tea with grass jelly (pay extra) and again the drink did not disappoint. Thanks Chatime!

Tried one of their featured drinks - the one with the colors. I forgot what its called as the taste is forgettable. Anyway, why the low rating? Well? It annoys when when the cashier asks for a smaller amount during payment. I make it a point to pay the exact amount whenever i can but there are instances wherein i dont due to the mere fact that my loose change isnt enough. I found myself snapping at the guy manning the counter. I was standing there for x number of minutes and they were busy chatting and when they realized i was there he had the audacity to ask for a smaller bill. And this was done in a not-so-accommodating manner.
