We went here once and probably that would be the last time. That was last June on weekday dinner time. There were only a few people dining here during that time. The quality of their food - 2/5Customer service - 2.5/5Ambiance - 2.5/5Value - 1.5/5Honestly, i wouldn't pay 500php for their buffet cause it's not worth it. Few choices and the quality of the meat were not good.

We were excited to try this restaurant based on some of the reviews but we were sorely disappointed because of the following reasons:1. The meat, seafood, other grill items weren't as fresh as we thought they would be.2. The ready-to-eat food items were basically the low end of the buffet choices. Everything was either fried or wilted.3. Orders took so long to get to our table. And at one time, a server told us to finish what we're grilling first before ordering anything.4. I saw a waiter munching on the fries tray that he took to the kitchen for replenishing. 5. The place was poorly ventilated, so we all smelled like burnt meat coming out of the restaurant.6. How can there be no beer available at that time?

Its a nice place for bonding, its a good place to have bbq and have some drink with friends or collegue. The bbq is tasty. While the other cooked food is just so so example: siomay, sushi, vegetables, sisig, caldereta

Great place to hang out and chill with the barkada and have few pints of beer while a having a good talk and grilling your "pulutan"It is not that smokey beacuse of the ventilation on top of the grill.Staffs are attentive enough when your station's grill is on fire to put it out or if you're having a hard time keeping the temp of the grill.Best to go early or book a seat hand. For the food choices usual food items that are perfect for grilling. May fave is "isaw ng manok" chicken intestines, "isaw ng baboy" pork intestine and shrimps. They also have potato salads and sushi rolls.

The only reason I'm giving Charaptor a 4.0 is because we ate at lunch time. It'd really hot since it's an open area. The food was really good though with a wide assortment of dipping sauces and some already cooked food, Charaptor can serve people willing to wait through the cooking time and those who are already super hungry. I've eaten here more than once and as a suggestion, eat here when the sun isn't too high (or eat at the MOA one). One thing for sure, eat here.

Went here because of the pre-birthday dinner treat from my sister in law.. and yes, those previous reviews from this place says it all. place- open area.. expect it to be so hot.. charcoal_scent (hahaha) on your face and clothes once you're done.. ample parking space. I advised to go here dinner time.. (i couldn't imagine how hotter it is during lunch) staff- kudos to the staff.. especially the guard! Food: Sinigang na salmon sa miso.. pork liver..banana(saba)..squid.. chicken intestine.. crab and corn soup.. -- so far these are the only option that met my "tasty" expectation. Pasta- thumbs down. its Blant. Few servings on the buffet table. Dessert- havent tasted or seen anything except for the icecream I am frustrated since there's no shrimp at all. Drinks are not included on the buffet price.

I am not a fan of grilling because the smell of smoke from the grill sticks to my clothes. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. However, a friend has been insisting that we try Charaptor. I owed him so I guess I had to give in.Here's my review.Food. 4/5Charaptor offers a wide variety of meat and seafood for grilling. Before we got to enter the food hall, we were asked to place our order of meat and seafood for grilling so that they can prepare them already. We had a perfect mix of both meat and seafood to fill our appetite. We also had corn to grill. Too bad, none of us was great at grilling.Aside from the meat for grilling, there are also pre-cooked meals available if you can no longer contain your hunger. However, the food offering is tad too limited for a buffet.Ambiance. 3.5/5Being in the heart of Manila, with its odious climate, outdoor and open restaurants are something that I wouldn't recommend. There was barely enough cooling system, considering that there is a burning grill in the middle of our table. The humid air wasn't contributing much either to our comfort.Service. 3.5/5Although there was limited interaction with the crew, they attended to our needs the best way they can.Price. 3.5/5Overall, it was okay.Date dined: August 9, 2017

Ambiance: GoodPrice: Okay Service: Bad, or worst experience ko sa isang restaurant. Group of 12 kami na nagpabook, so sabi nila upon ordering ilist namin yung mga items na gusto namin then sila na mag - grill. So we ordered sa Pork and Chicken almost 12 of everything since malaki yung group namin. First batch went out, sadly 3 types out of 15 lang yung binigay tapos 6 pcs each so ang hassle bitin, (Chill mode pa kami niyan sincee understandable matagal mag grill) Pero after almost waiting for 20 mins ... walang dumadating, then we asked and they said order ns lang ulit since wala na daw yung list. ANG HASSLE MYGAD, at this point nai iritate na kami. Then after ordering AGAIN, ..... Tada! They served us again with 6pcs ng 4 types ng bbq. Bitin na naman. Nagtayaga kami hanggang 3 servings tapos umalis na kami lumipat na lang kami. Never again. Won't come back and won't recommend.

Cool place to celebrate birthdays, conduct meetings or meeting with friends. This is far better for Filipino restaurant that offers buffet meals, food is tasty and looks not thrifty. Worth the price!

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday.PLACE - Homey and cozy ambiance.SERVICE - Severs were attentive and refills food, provide water.FOOD - Satisfying, they also have pasta dishes, with local soups such as sinigang na hipon (loved it), some fried food (Chicharong bulaklak 😘).Overall will surely visit this place again, it was totally one of the best "Eat all you can" "Buffet" I have visited due to it's inexpensive price and good quality of food and service 😉😉😉
