Hey Guys There's a restaurant at Century City Mall Makati that serve Smoked with poached egg, The raw salmon meat are fresh and flavourful. I ordered "Smoked Salmon Bruchetta" the name of the Item specifically on their menu. You must try it. they also served Pita bread with 3 kinds of dips as their complementary. They are so generous and the server are always approachable. Thank You Chaplin.

We ordered the HUMMUS, CHICKEN SHISHLIK, and MOUSSAKA for delivery. All was delivered properly and delicious. First having Israeli cuisine. Another variant of Mediterranean cuisine.

It's been a decade since I went here @makati ave. My favorite is Burger, I must say Chaplin's Burger is one of the best. Tender and Juicy the Bacon is perfectly cooked. I love the melted mozzarella cheese. They deserved a 5 star.

Chaplin Cafe offers a taste of Holy Land cuisine at the very epicenter of Grammercy in Poblacion Makati. This is what good middleastern/mediteranean food is all about, simple, indulgent and totally unpretentious. Now I know why they call it the last supper, If you get the chance to taste what they have to offer youd probably wonder if this is your last meal. To further elaborate and wet your appetite here's what I would recommend if you get the chance to dine here.1.) Deep Fried Cauliflower - At first bite, I kept wondering what is the catch with this dish. Someting this tasty savory cant possibly be a vegetable. The crusty cauliflower just breaks apart and blends with the rich tasty tahini and honey vinaigrette with chili. 2.) Chicken Sashlik - Skewered Chicken breast marinated with secret israeli spice (I was told you have to get concripted to know this secret). Its very tasty, tender, juicy and moist despite being all breast.3.) Lamb Boureka - Its traditional flaky and buttery (its sinfully greasy) Israeli puff pastry stuffed with and ground beef soaked in lamb fat (I am not pulling your leg this is an actual thing), dashed with cilantro and parsley. The coroner will have a hard time ruling out if its the puff pastry or the lamb fat that got me, this is pure indulgence.4.) Pizza Boureka - Its the flaky and buttery traditional Israeli bread topped gloriously with pomodoro, feta and mozzarella cheese, oregan and olives. What I like about this dish is the contrast between the texture of the buttery puffed crust and the sour, creamy and salty essence of the 2 types of cheese and pomodoro. I love how all the separate consistencies collapse into a harmony of satisfying textures and flavors with every bite. With this surreal and extraordinary dining experienceChaplin Cafe has cracked my top 3 list of middleastern restaurants.
