To the management of CenterStage Jupiter,I would just like to bring to your attention our experience in your place yesterday.I reserved a room in Jupiter branch last Nov. 6 and made it very clear that I wanted to get a big room that can accommodate 30 pax.To make the story short, we arrived there only to find out that our room wasn't big enough to fit 30 people. That we even needed to request the buffet table to be removed to fit all of us in that room.In the flier that your staff gave me, it clearly says that a Big room has the ff:✓ One 42" LCD TV Dance Floor (there is a floor but not enough space for people to dance if you have 30 people in your group)Laser & lighting effects (which clearly does not make any sense because the room we were in has clear glass walls, that has blinds that barely cover half of the wall. and there was even a side of the wall that has totally no blinds at all)✓ Wireless microphonesPrivate restroom (THERE'S DEFINITELY NO PRIVATE RESTROOM IN THAT ROOM)Poker Table (NEITHER THIS!!!) Piano (NOR THIS!!!)I attached the photo of the flier for your reference. Including the photo of the room.As you can see, out of the 7 room-amenities that you are advertising, only 2 of which were actually useful/present. Which for me is considered to be a false advertisement.What's worse was when we tried to nicely negotiate with your staff our options to change room or what to do to make all 30 of us fit into the room, we were treated unprofessionally. Answering our questions rudely and was not helpful at all. And the waiters even made loud noises while clearing up the buffet table (nagdadabog while we were in the room waiting for them to finish). To think that's it's already 1pm that our rent should already have started, they weren't even apologetic nor sympathetic at all.To top of it all, when they removed the buffet table, all the mess and the dirt showed up. Which seems to me that this part of the room hasn't really been cleaned at all, (since it won't be visible to the customers anyway because of the floor-length table cloth that hides all the mess). This for me is very unsanitary considering that they serve food in that area. No wonder why this room smells bad and smells cigarette smoke.Though, we still continued to avail the room and decided not to make it a big deal so as not to ruin the happy mood for everyone. We were there to celebrate our Christmas party after all which is supposed to be happy and fun. But still, I didn't want to let this incident to just pass. This is our second year to celebrate our party in your place. In-fairness to this branch we had a very good experience during our first year. We got a good room and service during our 2014 party that made us decide to choose the same venue this yr. Unfortunately because of this incident I don't think we'll ever book into this place ever again.It's really sad thinking that we did not get what we paid for. I hope you do something about this to prevent more customers from experiencing the same bad experience that we had.

This is the place to go if you want to sing your heart out and enjoy the food at the same time.You will be amazed , that aside from the good music , you will also enjoy the food they serve. Their barbecue chicken and liempo are good , matched with their chopsuey and noodles. Their pizzas are also among the top favorites of their customers . Overall, food is great and service is excellent.

Value for money KTV in the heard of Makati. They have many rooms to accommodate a large group.

Food was good. Ordered Perfect Combination and a platter of streetfoods. (Forgot what it is called) Aircon was superb. Rooms has no stinky smell not unlike other KTV bars. things that made me give it a 3.5 are:We were not able to complete our 3 hours. Went there at 1:22am and supposed to be out at 4:22am. We paid for 3 hrs but videoke was stopped at 3am. We called for service assistance and we were told that they stopped it because they're about to close. My point is, we paid for 3 hrs but it seems that we only got 2 1/2 hrs of it. (Bitin!)And, lastly disco light was not working on our room! It was just displayed on the ceiling :/No pictures because I was too busy singing. 😂

I must admit, Im have 3 after work guilty pleasures, really cold sub zero beer, great chicaron bulaklak and a great selection of videoke songs. Center stage coincidentally has 3 of these things, though not the best chicaron bulaklak Ive tasted they cook theirs to an good crisp just a notch below really well done. Their below zero beer washes all this down and a few bottles will really fire you up with the microphone. The place is a little costly though but I guess its worth it.

Went here for A chill night with my workmates. :) I did enjoy the food but putting songs on the videoke consumes the reserved time. They shouldve put a remote control in each room so it could be hassle free.

The food served here were pretty good. I liked their Pork Barbecue and Pasta. The pizza was good too when hot so be sure to consume it right away. The dough tends to be a bit hard after few minutes.  The chicken and fries are good too.  Overall, I like this place because when it's videoke, I'm pretty sure will be there. :D

It was a good experience, we were a group of approx 70 persons which were divided into groups. Teams were made to sing along with nice food, smiles, chats all around.

Worst place to have a company party. Place was super dirty and the room smelled of cigaretts. Was told the room could acomadate 30 people however it was more like 20 and that was pushing it. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Our reservation was at 1 pm and that was the only time they started to clean the place and when we asked if they could start the videoke machine we were told "really its 1 pm?". Don't make the same mistake we did, avoid this place at all costs.

I like Centerstage because their song lists are always updated. However I'm not used to just using the remote and searching for the names of the songs and artists using that and the TV. I prefer the song book better. My eyes are not that good so have to go near the small screen everytime I want to input a song. I also think that they have more expensive group packages compared to others like Music Bank (my favorite place). Still overall the place is okay for singing your hearts out!
