If you're looking for Spanish cuisine, then Casa Armas should be on your list of 'must try' restaurants. They are famous for their paella and Asado de Pollo. Asado de Pollo is their special roast chicken served with potatoes and dipped in olive oil. This alone would cost you roughly 1100+ and should be ordered at least a day in advance. My high expectation with this chicken wasn't met as it tasted just fine and ordinary for me. I guess with its steep price, I was expecting too much. However, their paella was good.

I love their paellas especially the valencia. Very nice place because it is not very crowded. Overall, I love this restaurant. I recommend it to those who wanted to eat spanish dishes.

Though the prices on the menu are a bit expensive, the food we had was really good and the interior of the restaurant was high-end. We had tapas and the paella, all were good for sharing.

Casa Armas is a casual restaurant serving Spanish cuisine. This place specializes in paella, pollo and tapas. They offer 5 kinds of paellas: paella, negra, paella valenciana, paella marinara, paella verdura and paella parilladas. I have tried the paella valenciana and the pollo chicken. The taste of the paella was okay and quite good. However, the chicken was just ordinary. Overall, I find this place okay. If you're looking for Spanish cuisine, then check out this place.

The staff handling reservation was very nice and accommodating and he would recommend some food for advance order if we want.Ambiance has a nice, old-Spanish feel, food is great, and the staffs are very friendly. For this feast we ordered: sopas de ajo, vegetable soup, vegetable salad, cochinilla (roast baby pig), croquettas de jamon, huevos ala flamenca, baked mussels, paella valenciana, seafood paella, callos, garlic chicken, churros con chocolate, and leche flan. The cochinilla was very good and very tender. The server chops and slices it with a plate, that is how tender it is, 5 hours advance order though. The paella valenciana is not as flavorful as the paella marinera, I like the latter better. Huevos ala Flamenca was too salty, the others were normal to above average. Churros con chocolate is also good as the churros were not oily.Despite the amount we spent, we would probably come back again to try other dishes.

a quite place just few steps away from the crowded area in greenbelt, the service is a bit slow considering there are only few of us in the resto but well gives us enough time to catch up a good conversation with the friends during waiting time:)) good thing the food we ordered are worth the wait, the salad have all fresh vegetables that it taste good even with the simplest dressing of olive oil & balsamic vinegar, and loved their paella marinara, salmon ala pobre with garlic is nicely cooked... my friends who ordered mango shake both returned it because they said there is weird taste in it & the staff changed it & gave us new mango shake but stil not a good and they resolved to just changing the order to watermelon....anyway aside frm that we still had a good dining experience here

Casa Armas is the first Spanish resto I've been to. Dating back 8 or 9 years ago, I think. I've been going for a number of years but never had the opportunity to review. A few thoughts:Unlike many fancy restaurants where you can’t decide which countless knife to use to stab yourself, Casa Armas has a more festive and casual touch with dishes requiring the use of bare hands and sharing food platters. I like how much open space and light there is in the restaurant which gives a very comfortable and free feeling. The large glass windows also let in a lot of natural sunlight, making lunch and dinner settings very different. Now, for the food. I am able to find all of my favorite dishes on the menu from croquetas de jamon and patatas bravas, to fried morcilla and cochinillo (we only got half of it) but on a bigger party, you could get the whole suckling pig where the server will showcase how tender the flesh is by chopping it up in front of you with a normal dish plate. It’s scary yet mesmerizing to watch. Their croquetas are some of my favorite of the Spanish variety I've had down when I visited Spain a couple of years ago, and they have a wide variety including spinach, morcilla, cheese and bacalao, et al. Of course, you can also get platters of cheese and Spanish meats to pair with plenty of fresh bread and olive oil for dipping. Honestly, I've never had a bite here I didn't like. On my last visit, my friend from Madrid was with us and found everything to be up to par. The service has been hit and miss for me. The food usually comes out very fast but it's often hard to get a waiter's attention if you are in need of something like olive oil, a drink refill, etc.Highlight of our night? Paella Negra + Pulpo Ala Gallega. Not a single taste changed ever since.

After donating blood for my boss' son (dengue case), she treated me and our group for lunch. When asked where, I easily suggested Casa Armas. Been wanting to eat paella and some callos for ages. We ordered their best selling Paella Marinera, Paella Valenciana, Callos, Croquettas, and Gambas. Too bad the Paella Negra was not available. The paellas were cooked perfectly matched with generous seafood, chicken, and veggies. Had to instruct the server to make sure the paellas have "tutong" because that's where all the flavors converge and settle. Funny how it sounds, but the "tutong" was the highlight of the dish. Both paellas manifested rich in flavor and very fragrant. Another classic dish was the Callos. It just melts in your mouth. Perfect. The Gambas was also the star with its fresh and soft shrimps seasoned with salt and loads of crispy. Can't wait to go back soon.

I first drank this wine 2 years ago in Casa Armas . This was their entry level wine ( Uva ). The aroma has a mild fruity taste but not that sweet. A mild kick from the alcohol that is best paired with their tapas. Cheers 🍷☺
