Booked there for lunch after reading some reviews here in website which are positive. The menu looked ok nothing wow but that you do not expect from trattoria. The portions are very small no decoration or attempt to look nice on the plate carpaccio was maybe 30 gram of meat bruschetta just 4 piece of bread with tasteless tomato. Then the pasta i had 10 small pieces of ravioli which barley for me is a portion taste so so my wife had trio of pasta. One pasta totally over cooked i think they do not know the word al dente the spinach in the ravioli no taste at all my sons seafood spaghetti maybe they forgot the seafood only few tiny pieces of shrimp And then the worst 5346 Php bill for 3 appetizers 3 pasta and two glasses of wine 1782 per person ???

Ordered food from here for delivery via the ever-reliable website app.First off the salad - Rucola con pomodoro e scaglie di parmigiano - a delightful light salad consisting of arugula, cherry tomatoes, walnuts and parmesan cheese with a tasty olive oil and balsamic dressing. Quite pricey at php 460, but very fresh and quality ingredients.Next was Garganelli di mamma martina- simply one if the best pastas I've tasted. Cream based and with a lovely meaty bite.Spaghetti alla Amatriciana was good too. Tomato based with bacon Bucatini and pecorino cheese. On the expensive side, but tastes great on the days you want to splurge.

Fantastic, authentic Italian food. Reasonable prices. Great service. Realistic Italian decoration and feel.Really enjoyed the food here. Had Spaghetti Bolagnase, which was great. Starter of bread, balsamic vineger and olive oil also very nice. Tiramasu was great too.No complaints, maybe a slightly bigger serving of Tiramasu. Really recommend it for authentic and amazing quality Italian food.

Best Italian restaurant in the Metro! Had a great experience dining here. The food was authentic, and the staff were very attentive. We went here for lunch, and I think the ambiance would be even better at night. I would definitely come back here, and bring some friends with to try :)

STAFF IS VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called to ask about the ambiance of Caruso Ristorante but the guy who answered my call doesn't seem to know the answer so he gave me another number to call. I called the number and ask for the name of the woman who answered my call so I can address her properly, but then she told me in a snappy tone, "IKAW YUNG TUMAWAG TAS IKAW MAGTATANONG NG NAME KO?!"I did not expect this kind of service from a very well known restaurant. So for everyone looking for a great Italian Restaurant, I recommend L'Opera Ristorante and Salvatore Cuomo in BGC, great food with great staff.I would never recommend this restaurant to our guests. Oh BTW, I'm working in one of the biggest integrated resort in Manila, so yeah. recommending restaurants is part of our daily work. So, thanks, but no thank you.

How is this restaurant rated below 4? Everything about it was amazing. Went here for my boyfriend's birthday because he requested for the best carbonara in Manila, and I good friend recommended this. Caruso did not disappointed. The interiors might be a little intimidating because it screams authentic Italian, but the staff are all but that—they were all super warm and accommodating and even gave my beau a free birthday pizza. Wine selection was satisfactory, and just the overall experience was remarkable. 10/10 would be back.

I had forgotten all about Caruso. It’s been many years since I’ve been there and it’s as good as ever! Fine quality Italian cuisine. In my opinion any dish you chose is sure to be excellent.

Caruso is our go to place for Italian during our company dinners. The quality of the food and the ambiance of the place are top notch. We have yet to order a lackluster dish here at Caruso. Fun tip: Order a bunch of different pastas when you're in a group and you can already ask the waiters to serve it to each of you portioned. So you each get a plate like sampler of several pastas.

Charming place. Good service and clean! Good crowd and not too noisy. We tried two risottos , mushroom and asparugus... go with the latter. Carbonara was good but not great. Bucatini alla amatriciana was great. you can order it with their fresh pasta. Mozzarella di bufala alla capresenwas god but not great. It did not reach the crisp level.... but goes well with chili flakes. Tagliatelle alla crema di tartufo was a winner. Filetto di manzo al pepe verde or al cognac another great find. A Match with a good bottle of Barolo ... ask for recommendations but make sure u check the price before indulging.. good food =great price
