I consider California Pizza Kitchen quite upscale in terms of the price range of its food and beverages. If you are dining here alone, you have to allot more than 500 pesos per pax if you want to have both pizza and pasta. For pasta, I like the garlic cream fettuccine and fettuccine with truffle sauce. Then for pizza, I love the quattro formaggi. Overall, the pizza and pasta here are good.

Nice service and good food. Ambiance is wholesome and really great for kids. I remember my sister spent her birthday here and we were able to visit their kitchen and make our own pizzas. The staff is very friendly and I love their pasta.

Their pizzas and pastas are the ones to beat in my opinion. While their pies are not that big compared to yellow cab or pizza hut, the quality is undeniable. Their pastas too are great. I recently had their bolognese pizza and it was so flavorful that I finished one big serving on my own.

California Pizza Kitchen is famous for me because of their Barbecue Chicken Pizza. My family and I always make sure that we have this whenever we dine in as the pizza tastes really good, thanks to the barbecue sauce that they lather on top of the pizza. Sweet and savory pizza that has become a family favorite.

Can i rate this - 17848383929 cause this restaurant sucks?! I ordered 2 DIFFERENT pastas and they tasted EXACTLY alike. The bolognese did not have meat. Its no value for money. Should have gone to mc donalds instead. What a way to spend 1400 pesos?!

I still love CPK. And CPK with take out is better! :)Today's lunch was all about their yummy Moroccan Chicken Salad. You can probably tell that I've been giving Greens more attention so restaurants with amazing salads make the cut!For the Moroccan Chicken Salad, the best parts are, the chopped chicken breast (white meat!), the dried dates and dried cranberries, beets!!!, mixed greens and spices. However, the dressing could use less cornstarch. Or no cornstarch actually. I prefer a vinaigrette over a cream or thick dressing any day. Still, CPK rocks. Yummy for those indulgent days and especially for those days where I need to be good to my body with real food. :)Kain!

Bday Dinner at CPK! Couldn't decided what to eat for my bday.... been eating everything lately and couldn't make up my mind so I decided to just yell out a restaurant that we haven't been to for a while... CPK! I was really in the mood for their bbq chicken pizza hehehe. Sat down, the place was pretty empty so we were served and got our food pretty quickly. We ordered the following...Korean beef pizza, this was really good something quite different but yet oddly familiar. On top of a crispy chewy crust was a layer of cheese and a scattering of korean beef with a mountain of kimchi dresses slaw. In one bite you get sweet salty spicy crunchy and crispy. Definitely a good choice. Next we had the smokey bbq chicken pizza. Just reading out the toppings you immediately get a feel for how good this will taste. This is always good and a definite favourite. We also got their famous bbq chicken salad... don't let the salad name fool you. This is no where at all healthy (close to 1000 calories for the for sharing plate according to my fitness pal). But its damn good. Its has all the usual suspects when it comes to leafy salads and its topped with cheese, bbq sauce, bbq chicken, ranch dressing and cripsy tortilla like pieces. A definite calorie bomb in disguise but its well worth the pleasure.. hehehe. We also had the chips with artichoke dip. Very tasty but very cheesy and creamy. Can't really have too much of it. Finally we ordered our absolute favourite, the kung pao chicken. Yum yum yum.... usually! Last night the flavours have changed. It wasn't sweet like before it had a lot more sour notes. Not sure why, maybe they messed up the ratios in the sauce. But it wasn't as good as before (still ok though). We capped off the dinner with a bday sundae from the kitchen. Good finish to a nice dinner.

I can't say enough great things about California Pizza Kitchen. I have been to over 20+ pizzerias in the Metro, and The Prosciutto is still THE BEST thin-crust slice I've had...by far. The crunch of the crispy olive oil soaked crust, the tangy tomato sauce, and the Italian Prosciutto that crisps and curls in the oven are the stuff that dreams are made of. This pizza with change your life and it is almost 'too good' that nothing you ever eat after this will live up to it.  Their hand-tossed pizzas are also excellent but I am a thin-crust pizza lover and that's why I am advocating for it. CPK goes beyond the expected standard pizza you find and expect elsewhere. Here, I would say the pizza tastes artisan. Solid pizza, highly recommended!P.S. Oh, and they also have delivery service so if you're not in the mood to go out, know that you can get a box of your favorite CPK pizza to devour by yourself at home. And don't hate yourself for it... It's worth it! ;)

Had a business lunch meeting and decided to try CPK. We were all feeling a little pizza and pasta combo plus they had a special credit card promo once you spend over P1000 with this card you get 25% off the entire bill. Awesome!! So we shared, The Works pizza which comprises of spicy Italian sausage, rustic pepperoni, cremini mushrooms, mozzarella, red onions, green peppers, olives and wild oregano. This was ok especially your into a more meat pizza especially the pepperoni being the strong ingredient in the mix. So since we had mostly meat with the pizza we balanced this with a vegetable pasta mix around mushroom and common vegetables. Again this was a good compliment to the pizza.
