Via Mare is the official caterer of our convention, so I'm sure to eat their food 3x a year at least. I'm sure it is no easy task to prepare, cook, transport, and distribute food for thousands of people for 3 days straight... But, I feel like they always deliver in terms of taste and servings are always more than generous. Their packed lunches are always very neat and tasty despite being prepared well in advance. I like how consistent they are over the years and they always have their best foot forward during our annual conventions. Kudos!👍

The Puto Bumbong was so-so because the brown sugar was too thick; it caked up. Mais Con Hielo is refreshing, no frills, and perfect from top to bottom. Drinking straight from the glass is the best part! Palitaw is the best dessert for me so far because I love the usual sweetness from the simple mix of coconut and sugar.

Ate here with my fam on Sept 1. Long wait but a waiter attended to us to make sure we ordered ahead. They allowed us to sit in a smaller table and just added to it when other tables cleared up. They never missed an ask for water or additional orders.Of course, i need not comment abt the food. No matter what you order, it will be good. Same service too across all branches.

In the Philippines, apart from the traditional soup, whether notable or homemade, there are several meals that are good enough (in no particular order) but better when raining. You agree or is it just me? All the freakin' time, above all else I crave and eat Pancit! I know it's just there all year round but come on, noodles have been a staple food in or out of the country and selling pretty well during this time!Let's take (1) Pancit Luglog of Cafe Via Mare as one such example. Served hot; needless to say, that melt-in-mouth bright orange flavorful sauce topped with shrimps, green onions, smoked fish, squid, sliced meat, chicharon, egg will keep you cozy and happy all day long!
