Every time I come here, I always look forward to just relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the lounge. It may be small compared to other hotels, but it's packed with such warmth, great smiles, and familiar faces. Not to mention their world-class selection of pastry and desserts. Last night, I invited my aunt who came from abroad to try their must have treats. We went for their Salted Caramel and Buko Calamansi Macaron cupcake. Both were super lush, moist, and decadent. The flavors complemented well. The Citrus Cheesecake was also the bomb. The equitable taste of sweet and sour in your mouth was surprisingly unforgettable. So good! For the first time, we tried their Grilled Chicken Panini. It was stuffed with generous slices of grilled chicken fillets, lettuce, egg, avocado, and carrots. I paired it mustard and ketchup. The bread alone was tasty and had that crunch when you bite through it. Perfect! We also ordered TWG Jasmine Queen and Chamomile to relax our tummy and for good digestion. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. Never fails to leave with nothing but good lasting impressions of the place, hospitality, and food.

We didnt eat their famous macarons when we went here though. But we had pasta and clubhouse which were good and really filling. Plus the cozy ambience is also something to make the most out of. :)

loved their sandwiches especially the one with salmon. thumbs up because they serve their sandwiches with salad (sometimes with chips)staff was very accommodating ✔️I didn't give it a 5 because of their macarons which were relatively overpriced compared to Bizu and TWG, which offer reaaaally good macarons.also tried their citrus cheesecake, but it was too sweet for my taste.overall, we had a great time here and would (((always))) go back to Cafe Macaron without any hesitation ✨

I must say a friend of mine recommended me this place, and I just love it that this is my favorite work space for that much needed privacy. I tried to order some of their famous macarons  with the calamansi and pistachio flavored ones, and it's such a treat for me that it is not that sweet nor bland. It compliments well with the  Japanese Sencha tea that I was ordering most of the time since, I'm such a huge fan of Harney and Sons. I can compliment as well the attentive service they provide  that shows the fine training Fairmont provides their staff.

Confused with the number of options we have for desserts, we decided to go here. Only one of us had tried the sweets here before so for everyone else, including myself, it will be a new experience. The cafe is just next to Fairmont's lobby which is not as busy as that of the other hotels in the area which means more privacy and more cozy atmosphere. My friends and I may have ruined this ambiance, the moment we broke out into loud laughter. Apologies if we disturbed anyone!I am a fan of french macarons and was instantly pulled into their macaron selection. However, the staff attending to us was recommending their cuparon which was a fusion of cupcake and macaron. Intrigued, we decided to try some. We ordered two cuparons - calamansi-buko and ube-keso flavours - which are very popular local dessert tastes and romance velvet cake. For drinks, we tried the spice me up which was a coffee-tea fusion which they entered in a local competition and won second place. The velvet cake looked so beautiful but it's taste is somewhat confusing. It was just different from the ones I had before. It had a glossy, mat, red icing that tasted really fruity, strawberry I think. It had a white central part which was velvet smooth which was almost like cream or mallows which was really sweet. It had the thin, bread layer which was the cake I am used to. I hope there was more of that final layer in the cake. The cuparons were revelations; they were amazing. The calamansi-buko flavour was a good combination. It had the zest of calamansi with the cream-sweet taste of coconut. The only thing I did not get was the addition of coconut strips in the core. The cuparon can do without that addition. The ube-keso was the best. It had strong yum and cheese flavours which blended perfectly. It was less sweet than the other cuparon. Texture wise, both had the crisp top similar to macaron shell and moist inside like a cupcake. The spice me up was again something different and something confusing. The blend between the coffee and tea was good but my tastebuds tend to look for one or the other. I tried it with and without the soda water and I prefer the latter. It had a spicy after taste which at first was off putting but something I appreciated a lot as I drink more. Cafe Macaron gave us bold flavours and innovative combinations that worked. I hope they will continue to be adventurous and I look forward to trying something new again from this place.PS: on late nights, pastries go on 50% sale. My friend took home a box of assorted pastries which his team enjoyed the following day.

Good cafe for a quick snack or pastry.I had a good BALT sandwich and a refreshing guava dalandan rose lemonade. Service is excellent and very attentive. Sandwich was very good with crispy bacon rashers and the A stands for avocado, in case you're wondering!
