Three weeks hence, we visited this branch of Cafe Breton in Ayala Malls the 30th. We were well informed that there have been no seats obtainable, despite having several leading tables empty. Whenever we requested why we couldn’t take a seat on the empty tables,we had been educated that the air conditioner had been leaking on that region. Fast forward to nowadays, we were craving for crepes and visited this same branch once again. However, once again we were well informed that the tables had been full and leading tables were once again empty. They described that the area nevertheless experienced a leaking ceiling (no fix was done in 3 several weeks!) They told us to hold back some time since another desk was nearly done. We were several 7 and the desk was just right for the group’s dimension. We said we had been heading back right away to allow them to clean desk however when we came back again in under five minutes afterwards, there were two different people currently seated in the huge table designated for the group. What’s ironic will be that the supervisor allowed both of these people to exchange to our designated desk, despite them getting seated in another desk previous. We confronted the supervisor concerning this and all he could perform was offer us an area in the entrance empty tables where in fact the Aircon has been leaking ! Exactly the same tables they held empty for 3 days! This is bad service!
