Decided to visit this place during a quick client meeting. Well he recommended it. It's certainly a place I would probably visit once or twice a year so I thought let's try it for another adventure :) I was given the Junior Whooper Meal as didn't really want anything bigger than this. Burger was ok however the fries really had no taste so luckily there was some ketchup their to give life to the taste. All in all truly a fast food, so I wasn't expecting much. Thanks again for an experience. :)

We always go here for a quick burger fix. The staff are really pleasant and at one point the guard even reminded us that we forgot to get straws for our take-out food. Right now they offer a Jr. Whopper Meal at only P99 pesos. Super affordable, I must say.

Food is great, newly-cooked most of the time, but I'm not sure why I get less customer service from the staff. For example, when I ordered drinks and requested lid caps on them. The staff told me that it's not allowed due to an ordinance in Makati though, I wonder why the customers from the other table have their cups with lids on. This wasn't the first time. I felt that the staff do consider a customer's clothing and felt discriminated against. Is it because the frequenters there are foreigners? :(

I was strolling around Bel-Air looking for something to eat to reward myself because of late lunch due to work. Lol. Anyway, I decided to eat here. I ordered 1 pc chicken with regular drinks for 99php and regular onion rings for 35php. When I tasted their chicken. I felt like something is missing. Their onion rings are average too. I also got the chance to taste their chicken nuggets and it tasted better than other fast food restaurants. Ambiance is okay. Service is okay as well.

This branch is usually the go to place after a night out with friends in the area. I decided to try the new Double Quarter Pound King meal (255 pesos). But before I talk about the meal, I’ll comment about the service. So the total came to 255 pesos, I handed over 305 pesos to make it easier for the cashier to give the change. She even typed in 305 pesos on the machine. So it says on the receipt, “Change due: 50 pesos”. Pretty easy, not rocket science. So she handed me 5 pesos and quickly went on to serve the next customer. I just stood there confused looking at the 5 pesos she just handed to me. So I said, “Ate, I gave you 305, the meal is 255, the change should be 50 pesos, not 5 pesos.” I tried helping the cashier out by giving the 5 pesos back and to just give me the correct change when the cash register opens for the next customer’s order. She seemed so confused. It took 2 more customer’s orders and for me to remind her again until she finally gave the correct 50 pesos change. Customers at this branch are predominantly foreigners who have been out drinking whenever I’m there at that time in the morning. I guess being half British half Filipino classes me as a foreigner too. I just feel that the service could be a lot better because many drunk foreigners will be short changed and not notice. Now onto the meal itself. Not much to say about it really. To be honest it looked sad. The fries weren’t as good as usual and the “New item” burger was just a mess. I will try it from a different branch next time to compare the quality.
