The flavours and styles of Chicken Wings are as diverse as the city itself, broadening the criteria for best chicken wings beyond the breaded and fried varieties famous in Buffalo, and inclusive of tender pit-smoked versions, and sweet and spicy Asian variations. I like mine, Buffalo.So you see, wings at Buffalo Wings N' Things are old news to me. They’re not new. They’re not flashy. I have not fallen victim to the massive advertising campaign that’s been sweeping the social media for the last few years. I know them. They know me. Although I’m not a professional writer, reviewer (just a pro eater, I'm sure of that) I do think that I can act professionally and put my biases aside for the sake of a good review.When the wings arrived they were absolutely, straight-out-of-the fryer, steaming hot. They looked good and smelled even better. Each flavor was served separately in its own paper boat.  And each flavor had just the right amount of sauce coating each wing. BWNT's sauces are typically thick and creamy.  They really stick to the wings. Each sauce has its own unique flavor. The Parmesan Garlic was extra creamy and full of flavor. It’s my favorite non-buffalo style sauce. Even Jalapeño represent very distinct steps on the Scoville Scale. And that’s something that I really appreciate.There’s a lot of upside here and only one real drawback tonight. Just as I remember from my many, many years spent gnashing wings at BWNT, the wings completely lose their crispiness after a short time. They started out hot and crispy, but I’m not a beast and I like to actually enjoy myself as I eat. So it takes more than a few minutes to eat 12 wings. By the end, they’ve gotten a little soggy. It’s a drawback, but not a deal breaker. The wings were meaty and not fatty which was a saving grace once the crispiness was gone.

Staff was very accomodative & chicken was very yummy (we tried the boneless wings) with or without dips, full of flavor! NY Dirty Rice was exactly the same, you could eat it even with no meat. Buffalo's is a bice place to chill at after work with friends. Will be coming back!

I'm always on the lookout for the best wings and i'm happy to add another one on my list! Had our late dinner here but still the place was jampacked. Thumbs up for their Jalapeno Cheddar and Garlic Parmesan Wings. It was best paired with their NY Dirty Rice and Brewed Iced Tea. I'm already fully but still want to try more of their wings so I had Honey Barbeque Wings for take-out 😜
