Although Bread Talk has been around for awhile in many different locations, I never found myself particularly interested in going. However, Bread Talk just has a way of making their bread look so good, so I couldn't resist one day on my way home from work.Although most of the breads are modeled after everyday kind of snacks that one can make at home (floss, meat-filled, chocolate-filled ,etc.) for those who enjoy light, airy and slightly sweeter-tasting breads while paying a little more for that kind of bread and convenience, then Bread Talk is the place for you. While I do not claim to have tried every type of bread that any Bread Talk has offered yet, from the ones that I have picked up and munched on during my walks home, I do have a few I find better than others. My personal favorite is the plain chicken floss (Golden Chicken?). Sweet and salty makes a wonderful combination and the floss texture adds variety to the sweet, soft bread. Definitely one of my favorites. I would also definitely recommend the Pillow Raisin as another bread I really enjoy. Personally, I am not as fond of the spicy chicken floss simply because I felt like I couldn't enjoy the sweetness of the bread while my mouth was hot from the floss. I am also not as impressed with their Beef Bun since that just tastes like bread stuffed with cornbeef. I personally didn't care much for it and thought that it tasted rather unoriginal. The JJ Baby is a chocolate-filled bun and while I say kudos for using chocolate that is not Nutella, I didn't feel like it lived up to its asking price. As for the environment interior, it is unfortunate that this Bread Talk has no sitting area. It's perfect for those of us who are passing by on our ways though. Secondly, it is unfortunately located very close to the doors. A constant stream of people and the close vicinity often leaves this Bread Talk branch feeling hotter and stuffier than if it had been, say, located more inside. But then again, there isn't any seating so sweating it out as you pick out some breads and pay for them is not such a big deal. All in all, it is definitely a great place to stop by for a snack either on your way somewhere else, or while shopping in the area. The bread itself is good (my personal opinion) as long as you enjoy your bread light, airy, and sweeter. If you're there, I recommend the Golden Chicken or the Pillow Raisin (to be updated as I try more hopefully).

Bread talk is quite one note. I always end up getting a snack here on my way into glorietta. I just wished they had more meat filled pastries and not just hotdogs or floss. After a while the flavours and textures become very repetitive. But don't get me wrong they are still ok. My favourites however is the walnut bread not too sweet with the hint of walnut. Apart from the breads my favourite are their cakes. For about 500php they're always a good bday present for someone. The best one in my opinion is the coconutty one (sorry not sure of what the name is). Packed with flavourm once again not too sickly sweet like other cakes out there.

It was my birthday and a friend gave me this sweet yummy cake from Breadtalk. The cake is Simply Tiramisu. It was a layered of chiffon bread in between chocolate & coffee powder & more. Aside from the beautifully displayed cakes in Breadtalk, i love their original floss, their cranberry loaf breads, their pizza breads and coffee buns. The breads are so soft and appetizing, perfect with a cup of hot coffee!

I like passing by here because Bread Talk always small good because of the break they serve. It's the perfect place for a light snack too. It has a very organized process of self-serving your order on a try and paying it afterwards. It is also packed in a nice container/ package. Some of the flavors here are too sweet or "nakakasawa" but what they serve here is relatively good, especially their cakes. There are so much to choose from but I always get the bread with either cheese or chocolate on top, depends if I'm craving for something sweet or salty!

I really like buying Cheese floss in Bread talk because its good, salty but not that much, and it can already satisfy my hunger a little. So when I have no time to dine in, its easy to just eat their bread while walking. I just don't like this branch because of the location. Its in the entrance of Glorietta 4 - people come in and go out, doors always open, so. many. flies. Most of the pastries are not covered.. Which means those flying objects (dirt, insects, etc) can really mess up the food.
