Worst branch ever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻there are so many tables but you cant get one that easily because their crews didn't clean the finished tables that fast, unlike other fast food chains/ branch. I even asked for a stainless utensils since they gave me plastic spoon and for,k waited for like 2-5 minutes, still no crew that shows up for what I asked and I ended eating my Soy Garlic chicken with whats available, too bad the chicken is not that soft for my spoon and fork to be used. haaaayyy

Always a reliable place for Korean chicken. But outside the specialty...the Bibimbap and the Beef Stew are also winners, in my opinion.I'm a huge fan of the kfrost, but now that they have bingsu...huge game changer!Conveniently close, I just might visit everyday of this sweltering hot summer just for Korean shaved ice.

First? Staff wasn’t so accomodating. They just let customers pile up infront of the cashier. I understand the small space given but with an amount of staff you guys should figure out how to accomodate them. The line starts here sign is somewhat I guess weird. I was in line and I even let a lady who was behind me order because I knew she was in a hurry. So the line from the orther end started to pile up and the cashier telling me the line starts on their side. Unbelievable service guys.

Their chicken was the usual goodness we'd expect from other branches: crunchy skin and lots of white meat. Soy Garlic is still my first choice. For the first time, I was actually overwhelmed by the serving size 'cuz they were a tad bit plenty!

Their food is kinda good but the thing is it lacks consistency. I like the crisp of their chicken. Its crispy and flavorful outside but on the inside its bland.

We saw a long line at BonChon that day, which isn't too uncommon during lunch time for any eating place at a mall. But then when we walked a little closer, we saw a poster announcing that the prices for the boxed menu were half-off just for that day. This was a no-brainer; eating twice the food at the same price? Surely worthy of a 4.The service was a bit slow because, hey, it's a sale day. Plus the branch manager didn't seem at all interested in helping out with the order taking and food handling.Nothing much has changed since I've tried their chicken before, which is good. Skin is still crunchy, though the spiciness is no longer that shocking. I don't know if it's this branch or my pepper-burned tongue that no longer discerns food heat lately.Still, the best thing about BonChon is their expensive condiment. Their spicy mayo that goes really well with the chicken is an absolute must, at least for me.Solid 4, since it's half-off. :D

We're so lucky that when we visited BonChon Cash & Carry their boxed meals were on 50% off. We ordered two Drumstick and Thigh Ricebox (soy garlic and spicy flavors), Chicken Sandwich with french fries on the side (fries upgraded to sweet potato) and Oriental Crispy Chicken Salad.I love their crispy-juicy-tasty chicken but the spiciness was kinda lacking. Not that spicy anymore. The soy garlic still tastes the same. A bit sweet and garlicky. One of my favorites in BonChon is their Oriental crispy chicken salad. Fresh greens, crispy chicken slices with sweet-tangy dressing. I always order this everytime we're in BonChon.Their Chicken Sandwich is new to us. Because it's 50 off we decided to give it a try. And we're so happy we did! Crispy (really crispy), tasty-juicy chicken patty with veggies in a big burger bun with a large serving of fries (but we got ours changed to sweet potatoes). Overall, the food was great. The down part I guess was their supervisor. She just stood there (behind the tills), staring at the queue, not taking orders nor helping her crew. Oh well, good thing the crew who took my order was fast and polite.

Tried their new Bibimbowl. It comes in 2 variants, Chicken and Beef. Of course it doesn't have as many toppings as the Bibimbop in a Korean Restaurant, but for P99/bowl, it's not bad! Mildly spicy, even those who can't take the heat can eat it.

I always love Bon Chon, ever since this Korean Restaurant came to town, I always make sure that I visited one whenever I'm at the mall. This particular branch is a bit small, and mostly seats are available on the 2nd floor. They have this nicey feel ambiance which most Bon Chon do have however that only thing that I didn't like is how they fried the chicken. I eaten here thrice and I always get the over fried chicken, its too crunchy, to the point that the meat is not that juicy. When comes to the service, staff are generally helpful and nice.

Neat place but some of the staffs are not accommodating. No question in terms of food quality. It's a good thing they added flavor choices (honey citrus and crunchy garlic) but nothing can beat the original - soy garlic for the win!
