We've dined in the restaurant sometime last week.. thinking its a Christmas season, Dancing lights, sunday = a lot i mean a lot of people! You will line up for about 15 min to have your order placed, and 45 min. Of waiting time to be delivered on the table, 6 min. your spoon and fork to come and 10 min. for your japchae to arrive.. two servers only on a super crazy busy night? I dont mean something.. but c'mon wake up team triangle!

Had dinner here during the Ayala Triangle Christmas Lights Show.  Place was full of customers and it was nice they have dining area outside so that you can have your meal and enjoy the lights attraction.  Their service was good and prompt even though they were full.  Food is always delicious, tasty and serving is enough for sharing.  Will come back to this branch.

Trying the other flavors of Bon Chon Chicken for the first time. I had a 6 pcs chicken wing in Soy Garlic and Crunchy Garlic flavor.Soy Garlic will always be my favorite chicken flavor in Bon Chon but this time I must admit that the Crunchy Garlic tastes so good too. Definitely, I will be back for Crunchy Garlic.#ilovetoeatph 😃❤️

Fast serving time, I ordered Chops Rice box for take out. What I love about Bon Chon is their unique flavors and I am happy that they constantly add more korean menu that we will definitely love and will satisfy our Korean cravings.

I'm not sure if the staff here were such eager beavers but when we sat down at the restaurant I recalled that I had some Bonchon coupons in my bag and suggested to review it prior to ordering a meal, but a few minutes after, the waiter asked my group if we were ready to order. Knowing that this is a self service restaurant, I thought that this man's behavior was odd and a little annoying (It felt like he wanted to get rid of us). So we just told him off that we were still deciding on what we should have.I went for the taco bibimbowl meal with the seafood jjampong soup and iced tea. My friends had other meals in mind so we decided to discard the coupons. I was pretty happy with my meal as I love Mexican cuisine. Though, I wish they added more chips on my bowl, like a whole piece or two would do to give me that much needed crunch. The jjampong soup was ok but I still prefer the original soup that they have. Iced tea was the same as with other fast food joints. They delivered my meal perhaps around 8-10 minutes after, while my friend's chicken and rice meal with coleslaw took longer.I enjoy food served in BonChon, I'd say it gives a lot of value for your money. The place is ok. I'd say we were able to seat comfortably and enjoy a meal. Though the odd thing for me is the behavior of the staff. I'm not sure if they're too excited (like really hyper mode on). I just can't put my finger on it. The place didn't have many guests, so it made me wonder the whole time.Also, I remember our area had flies hovering around. I requested for a candle which they provided. They apologized and mentioned something about the air curtain which I did not quite get but whatever it was your air curtain ain't doing its job. Coming from the food industry, I know what air curtains are and their purpose, but I'm really not in the mood to know what was up. Just gimme that candle.My friends and I left rather late, about a little past 9pm. The restaurant crew were already cleaning and playing loud music. It seemed that that was our cue to exit the restaurant. They could have said something by announcing that it was time for their last call and would be closing in a few minutes. I think a little courtesy is required in this area.BonChon is a good fast food place but with the service last night, I don't really know what to make of it. If it's too eager, or something else. I'll let this one go for now. But seriously, what's up with this panicky atmosphere? Why did they seem so agitated? Geez. 😑

I craved and I conquered. I know their chicken is a bit oily but the crispy skin won me over. Other than their chicken, I also like their fish and chips. Of course all of these are spicy for that extra kick.Note: Could get a bit crowded/packed during peak hours.

This branch has the worst service among all branches we've tried. At night, most of the items aren't available already so if you're craving for something, prepare to be disappointed at some point.

BonChon is really good. I love chicken and they simply make it more enjoyable. Although I have some other favorite chicken place that takes the number one slot in my list, BonChon is certainly on the top 5 list.

When ordering in Bon Chon Ayala triangle branch we usually have to go since they are always packed with diners. Usual order is soy garlic thigh meal, their seoul fried rice is good as well. Though serving or waiting time is a bit long everything will be okay when you get to munch on the crispy and tender chicken. Though the store is small and maybe they sould improve the table arrangement since it is always crowded.
