No reviews. The mystery of this place is part of the website's journey and must experience it. Although the misty shroud that it has makes it more enticing for the customer, I'll leave it at that.

Don't go to this place. Nothing fancy about it. Just a small dark place advertised in supposed secrecy to make things appear exciting than it really is. It felt more like a studio type condo unit darkened up and cramped with few tables and chairs scattered around. We asked the bartender to make us drinks off the menu. Drinks were nothing to die for. And interestingly after fixing you a drink they, along with the food attendants, immediately devote their attention to their smartphones. The bar over in Hungry Hound does a much better both in fixing well concocted and surprisingly delicious cocktails and in dishing out great non pretentious customer service. To top it all off we found out why the place is so secret - they don't issue receipts for food and drinks!

It was only a matter of time before we'd pick up on the speakeasy trend; Blind Pig was probably the first or second to do so.This bar is a few steps away from Stockton, in the same building where Amoroma used to operate. Ring a doorbell, wait (give them a minute). We were let into a very dark room with candlelit tables and booths, with Billie Holiday tunes playing the background. One can tell that by day and with the lights on, the decor is probably nothing special (oh, those tiles...), but there is interesting food on the menu, and the drinks are stiff enough to match the prices. I liked mine.Definitely worth trying at least once. Probably not good for big groups. Since space is limited, book in advance, or they'll shoo you away when someone who did book comes to claim your spot.

I don't know if it's just me, but I was not impressed by this "speak easy" thing. I think it's over priced and the drink was just okay… or should I say meeehhh…

This is one of the best speakeasy bar to cap the night, to catch up, to cast those bad vibe of the day or to kill time. I've tried other speakeasy bars and I deem that this is the most private and exclusive. Plus, the ambience is associated to a Prohibition era bars.I usually order from the bar list but this time I tried the Bartender's choice. Our steward approached us and introduced himself. I described my mood and inspiration for my cocktail. In any minute, my drink came. It is well-prepared and so good!
