BLACK CANYON COFFEECircuit MakatiJust another night of spontaneous yayaan with a close friend, kahit gabi na go go go pa rin...We have been seeing this cafe for so long but we are a little bit of confused of what they really serve.A lot of things are in the menu and we can't decide which one to choose. And finally we agreed to order the following :PRAWN CAKE 4/5What I like about this dish is that the crust is crispy and the meat inside is still juicy and tasty. You can taste the flavor of the prawn and it goes well with the tangy sweet dip / sauce.SPICY STIR-FRIED PASTA WITH BACON 3.5/5This pasta is a little bit sad I hope they could improve this by adding more bacon and veggies aside from the sili.PORKCHOP 3/5Veggies are quite not in their best state, fries just like any other fries, the pork chop should be cooked better and the gravy did not overwelmed me at all. Sorry.CHOCPUCCINO 4/5The strong coffee and chocolate blended just right. Approved!HOT CHOCOLATE 3.5/5Rich and creamy but nothing special.Ambiance: 3.5/5Service: 3/5If you'd like to have some chitchats maybe you can visit them at the ground floor at Circuit Makati.

I remember trying black canyon coffee at the airport in chiang mai thailand. black canyon coffee is now expanding across asia. very good stuff. I inquired about the number of shots in their iced coffee and when they saw my disappointment with only 2 shots, they happily offered to give me a third shot for free. nice right?

This is a joke. I ordered their Kale with Bacon for takeaway, and this is what I got. Like maybe 10pcs of small leaves, and a pile of bacon! And about 50% quantity of what you'd get if you dine-in.I've ordered this in their resto before, and their serving was very generous with the vegetables. Not worth php185 at all! I don't know who they think they're fooling. Perhaps they think take-away orders means 50% of actual dish, or the discarded portion of it.Whoever made decisions for their take-out dishes must think it's worth it to rob customers of the proper value paid for.

I'm not really much of a guy who goes to coffee shops and mid-priced eatouts, as I always prefer simple things. However, Black Canyon Coffee was an exception.Although prices can be slightly heavy, the ambience of the shop itself is very relaxing. This is my first time visiting BCC Circuit Lane Branch, and it was not disappointing. I was meeting with a colleague for a training that day, and the accessibility of electric plugs, comfy sofas for workspace, and very fast WiFi cemented the idea for me that BCC was the perfect workspace coffee shop for me.For starters, I ordered ham and cheese sandwich with side of fresh fries and apple frappe, and I really liked it. For lunch, I ordered the Curry Rice with Chicken Strips and Creamy Omelette and Iced Tea. Lunch was very very nice, yet I'd like to comment that the water served tasted funny, and it dawned to me that it tasted remnants of the iced tea I was drinking.Regardless, I was not disappointed with the service. The crew were extremely cheerful and helpful to assist their customers. Would really love to go back here and it's a highly recommended place for people who want a piece of Thai cuisine and workspace combined.

I didn’t expect to find a good selection of Thai food in a coffee shop, but this place surprised me. Had the Spicy Prawn Soup (Tom Yum Goong), and the Spicy Salad with Combination of Prawn & Chicken (Yum Taloombon). Both dishes tasted good. The place has a nice cozy vibe.

An extensive menu - both food and drinks, and an acceptable level of variety in desserts. The staff was a bit surly, though she did look like she had pulled a long shift. Orders came within 15 minutes. The coffee beverages - you can't go wrong with any option. Though there are so many choices it is almost impossible to select one! There are also tea, juices, shakes and more. I had the Thai Tea and Coffee combo and it made for a pleasant tasting drink. Not quite strong as coffee, but with its effect still. The vegetarian spring rolls were a sorry mess. Soggy, oily and barely any crisp left. The flavor was disappointing. Certainly with none of the freshness you would expect from this type of dish. They did redeem themselves with their award-winning Tom Yum soup. I was under the weather when I entered, but felt warm and comforted after I had downed this fairly spicy dish. I would gladly have this again and again.

First time to try here and it did not dissapoint. Prices are reasonable as the serving size are just right. Pad thai even has a sharing size, which is good enough for 3 persons. We ordered calamares and veggie spring rolls and they‘re all delicious! Heart the taste. On top of it, the service was awesome! Very attentive and polite...kudos to the staff in BCC Circuit :) Will definitely come back again to try out wide range of your menu.

Was surprised to see that Black Canyon changed a lot from their menu. They have several menu items that were totally different from the previous menu. I ordered the US Pork Chop with Cheese and Gravy. It was just okay, bit disappointed though, that they just put a piece of sliced cheese on top, then smother it with gravy that has lots of onions and mushrooms which I love. The pork chop was served with french fries and salad. But I like their Spicy Basil Spaghetti with Seafood (breaded fish, shrimps and squids). I requested it to be less spicy, but still, it explodes. 🔥 love it, though 😂My biggest disappointment is their mushroom soup which tasted like all purpose cream with some mushroom. I like their cakes by the slice. I think Purple Oven is their supplier. I like the fact that I get to taste PO’s cakes by the slice which means I don’t need to buy a whole cake. 😁

Black Canyon Coffee at first glance you wouldn't think it's a Thai restaurant. The staff are friendly, and the food is above average. We liked the pad Thai but kinda wanted more peanuts in it. We will definitely come back and try more of their food.

It is pretty hard to find a decent Thai cuisine (though i haven't tried to eat it in Thailand yet) and Black Canyon doesn't changed that.Their food is not as exciting as to how you see it in food movies/series. Soi and Nara are still better for me.
