Been here once up to now. Was a little overwhelmed by the interiors and the colour motif, but meals was good generally and serving had been generous. I recommend their Ginumis with panucha ice lotion; actually, I would return back here even though it'sjust for this.

Pamana has been among the famous resto inside Ayala CBD because of its great Filipino foods and prices. It is a reasonably cost resto (less than those in greenbelt). It's easy to get at since it's located couple of meters from Greenbelt (along Perea). The area issmall so publication a reservation prior to going. For food, try their salmon soup. You can even check out their bagoong rice. :)

We recently went here to celebrate my entrance to graduate college. The food didn't dissappoint and we liked the traditional yet luxurious feel in the resto. The infant pusit and salmon belly was this type of delight in my mouth area that I recommend it.

The menu presents lots of choices you want to try at once . Unfortunately, you must decide. The servings are best for sharing. We purchased the tiny crispy squid as appetizer. Wrapped in a banana leaf, the squid isfried, coated in batter that's blended with the squid's ink. Similar to dark paella or pasta. Marvelous when dipped in spicy vinegar! We furthermore ordered the Adobo prepared in three ways (loved the sharp flakes edition), pakbet with crispy bagnet (in heavy sauce!) and the bulalo soup. I cannot select which one is the greatest entree because everything we purchased was superb in flavor, flavor and way of food preparation. While my close friends said the meals was best with whitened rice , I proceeded to go for the brown rice rather. Pamana is one particular places where you merely must go back. It is possible to dine inside or al fresco. Prices aren't too costly. (PS: It could have been a good better experience if another desk toned down their laughter and discussion because we're able to hardly hear our very own conversation. Be ready for this possibility since it is really a small place).

It was difficult to obtain over with how tasty the dinner was within Bistro Pamana. This is a rare gem! Strongly suggested: Pork Tummy Lechon, Salmon Bistek, and Adobo Flakes. Completely got our money's worth. Very reasonable. Beautiful place, too. Great interior, pretty wall space. Our bill didn't even achieve 800 pesos despite all our orders, and a lot of rice. So it's great tipping attentive waiters following a great dining experience.

Husband and I have there been around 5 within the afternoon and we were the only real diners. We attempted their poultry binakol, sizzling pansit ivatan, longganiza, crispy squid, puto bumbong and guinomis. These were all beautifully introduced and taste because they ought to be. Wonderful staff!!!

This restaurant’s branch is saved in small streets of the Makati CBD. The area is small and may become noisy during lunch time and dinner however the food is great. The recipes are usually from the Ongpauco family’s secret chest they made a decision to sharewith home-cooked foods lovers. Focus on the Crispy Infant Pusit in dark ink. Adore this even while a viand. Dip in spicy vinegar. We purchased 2 forms of soup (Bulalo & Kanit) , Pinakbet sa bagnet (veggies new, therefore tasty!), Okoy bites, Lumpiang Trio (kesong puti, longganisa, tinapa), Authentic Crispy Pata, My greatest may be the Binagoongang Baboy - therefore so sharp and the seafood paste had not been salty. Everything we purchased was just so excellent. We insisted on the desserts- shared even though among all- bibingka, puto bumbong (soft and tasty), palitaw and turon. Among my friends purchased the guinumis with ice lotion - a genuine treat! You can find so many other products in the menus to use - adobo flakes, the many rice combos, sisig, pastas, etc. Additionally, there are breakfast and meriebda offerings. Far better reserve because the branch is fairly small. It could alsi be very noisy on weekdays as the resto will be frequented by youthful(er) office people round the area. Prices aren't cheap however, not that expensive- the meals offerings are worthwhile anyway. Am pleased with the Filipino meals provided in this resto. I must say i love the meals here.

We'd the lechon and adobo and both were excellent but not great. I will qualify this by stating that I am no expert on Philippine meals. However we enjoyed our meal and found it to become a reasonable value and great experience. It is a cute place, thoroughly clean and comfortable within a good neighbourhood. We noticed several locals coming to grab takeout - always an excellent sign. We would return.
