The only place i know that serve the Visayan dish called laswa that's close to how it is done homestyle. Other than the inasal and laswa, i come here for the adobo and the leche flan. :)

We've been to other branches of Bacolod Chicken Inasal and it was our first time here. We love to eat at this restaurant for their sisig rice. We went here for a late dinner to satisfy our Filipino food cravings. This time we ordered gising-gising, grilled tuna belly, a cup of batchoy soup and of course sisig rice. When the orders came, instead of tuna belly they gave us salmon belly. Rather than complaining we decided to eat it because we were already hungry. Upon eating the food, I got more disappointed with this branch. Their sisig rice didn't really satisfy our cravings. We could hardly taste the sisig as there were only tidbits of sisig meat compared to their other branches that have big portions of pork, liver and onion. With their gising-gising, it had too much ginger while it lacked coconut taste. The salmon belly had a bitter taste. Lastly, the meals got cold easily. The place looks old and the utensils on the table were dirty. When we asked for another set of utensils, they just provided us the utensils from the other tables which were also dirty so I still had to clean it myself.

It was my first time to go in Bacolod Chicken Inasal, Jupiter Street, Makati branch as we need to have a meeting with their Marketing Director. I was with our Award Winning Entrepreneur and awesome blogger who brought me there for that said meeting. I was so excited to taste one of the best dishes of Bacolod Chicken Inasal. Their yummy Chicken Inasal! And when we're all done, all we could say is Namit Gid! (Masarap word in Ilonggo)

🍗 One of my fave chicken. The textures is really good. Not too oily like others. The taste is is great. I love it. And the service is very fast. 💰 Cash only. No credit cards.

One of those Ilonggo restaurants that serves authentic Bacolod dishes. Their Batchoy had this fragrant and tasty broth with generous amount of pork, liver, and firm and chewy noodles. The chicharon bits were a welcome delight. The chicken pecho was huge, juicy, moist, and packed with unmistakably strong Inasal marinate. It was delicious.
