Awesome place with excellent food, excellent atmosphere, Manila’s top rock live life bands downstairs, terrace with DJ upstairs. Greatest wooden fire pizza around, sumptuous menu cards, super collection of wines and locally crafted beers. A must stay in the Makati, Poblacion region.

Great food, excellent music. Situated in Poblacion district in Makati where all enjoyable begins. Have supper and beverages at Alchemy initial before pub crawl. Costs are sensible for French and Meditteranean meals. Apart from dining regularly right here, we also seriously Latin nights to dancethe evening away.

Come here frequently when inside Manila noticed lately the Pilsen beer always warm and new employees not trained ! Otherwise great location for chilling out ! Meals is around reasonable standard but could be pricey !

Great place for lunch time in busy Makati. Acts real food (lunch time) If fastfood is really a No No for you personally Alchemy Bistro Bar certainly is the and only your best option! Inexpensive and delicious lunch time and..... dinner! Cost effective for money. The area is instagram worthy!

Alchemy looks really chic from outdoors and is just a few steps apart from the primary drag of Poblacion. initially i had an excellent encounter , the cocktails were good the personnel were pleasant but subsequent visits didn't meet my anticipations seton that very first outing. the servers could be very truculent oddly if you are attempting to pay they take an age to really get your bill, and deliver it minus the customary smile or service I've arrived at expect in Philippines. I was delighted if they told me they now had magners on draught, but guy it tasted vile, When We advised them it had been off We was challenged to flavor it once again with the bar guy who said "nothing bad with it" easily was a betting guy i possibly could have sworn it had been the line cleaning fluid nevertheless coming through ! ideally they have sorted it out there for another cider drinker LOL on the good they have some great bands there at weekend, carry out salsa on Mondays therefore other styles of beer should be flowing well ;0)

My favourite bar in Makati..great meals especially the wooden fired pizza..fantastic everyday specials( 279php whatever you can drink beer and cocktails 6pm to 9pm..don't assume all night therefore check) excellent staff and upstairs great spot to chill

Happened upon this spot and menu will be intriguing, eclectic and authentic. Lamb shank, salmon skewers, fine salads, oysters. High quality is very high. I really like places that aren't scared to create their very own vibe and menus originals and take action really well. They will have live musicseveral times per week. Hats off to Alchemy!

We came here because we were staying nearby and we saw that they had specials on pizza. We purchased one that was suggested by the waitress. Nevertheless, the pizza was chilly, the cheese was tough and plasticky, and the meats looked older. The crust wasnot clean. We didn't even finish our 1st slice. Following day I sent a note with their facebook website explaining what occurred (not even requesting a refund) and the dog owner replied stating that I was very much accustomed to street foods that I could not really appreciate the excelent high quality from their location, and blocked me. It completely showed her frustration understanding that their bussiness isnt heading properly and cant stop shedding costumers like us.

Very entertaining Latin dancing nights which happens once weekly. Good size beverages and pleasant staff.
