The food was great. It was an experience. The staff were very nice. I loved how they have a card with a sweet note after dining. Although the view across isn't really pleasant to look at.

Dishes:1. Oyster :4.5/52. Red snapper :4/53. Salmon : 5/54. Tori: 4/55. Fish head: 6/5 🥰6. Onigiri : 4/57. Seaweed rice: 4/58. Corn : 4/59. Twix :5/510. Tuna salad: 4/5Drinks:1. Chu :4/52. Kaku: 3.5/5Celebrated my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend here. Took her here one our first as well, and the food never disappoints.1. Oyster was my favorite last time we came here and it still taste amazing. Fresh, briny, & with hint of citrus that balances the whole bite. Excited the palate for what’s to come.2. Red snapper: very simple sashimi with fresh ingredients. Orange was used on this one and the slight sweetness complimented the fish perfectly.3. OMG the curry on top of the salmon was 💣. Recommend this to all.4. Tori was the only non seafood dish we ordered. New to the menu and a great addition to the meal. Chicken thigh was cooked perfectly and the crispy skin was on a whole different level. But the star of this dish is the black garlic sauce on the side. I’d be happy eating just that and rice 🤤. Chicken was lightly seasoned and made the sauces the star of the show.5. The best dish for me was this salmon head. The Cajun spice rub just made it perfect. Told my gf I need rice with this one, that’s just how good it was. I honestly left nothing behind. All etiquette went out the window on this dish, even soiled my white shirt while eating it. SUPPER RECOMMEND it 5 ✨. We really appreciated that they repurposed what usually is a trash trash of a fish and turned it to pure gold.6. Onigiri was great as usual. How can you go wrong with spicy tuna. The addition of the foie gras just affect another depth of richness to the whole bite.7. Perfectly cooked rice with crispy seaweed toppings 8. Enjoyed the ice cream with a slight hint of the pecorino taste. Crunchy Rye crumbs gave a good addition to texture.9. Twix on steroids. Was a complimentary dish from 12/10. Wish we could have just ordered more for takeout.10. Salad was fresh and tasted quite similar to the onigiri just without the rice and the foie gras11. Chu was enjoyable enjoyed that hint of pear flavor after every sip.12. Kaku was a bit stronger tasting but the lime scent really came through.

This resto is very good, it has consistent good food, and the staff are polite and very efficient. The mayura wagyu and the uni toast are killers, the snapper and oyster were bombs, and i also liked the duck risotto very much. I ordered the mushroom salad, it was good and the flavors are there but its kind of flat for me. I think it lacks a little bit of vibrantness and the radish on top is lacking flavor, maybe it needs more citrus flavors or maybe the greens and the radish needs to be cold when served but overall its a class resto and will come back.

The food here is amazing! A perfect 5/7, without a doubt. If you're hungry and want some quality grub, this is the place to be. Can't find any place better.

This place is a little gem in a street that looks like an alleyway in Makati. Not many know about it but my boutique hotel was right beside it. Little did we know that there was a talented chef at this location who creates art with food. We ordered a unique 5 course meal not on the menu as it was a special that evening. Everything that came out was so unique, so artistic and well presented. It was delicious, well plated in perfect portions for 3 people. He made it enough for 3 people which was a very thoughtful delivery.

If you’re in the mood (and have the budget) for next level Japanese fusion, 12/10 is the place to be. Reserve a week or more ahead since this place gets packed particularly on weekends. The extremely nice and friendly waiters will explain to you that the order of the menu items is from freshest (raw) to most cooked through. Every dish is one small plate with two servings each, which is good for two people. However, it’s recommended to order at least five or more dishes because they’re quite bite-sized.For the oysters I’ve had fresher, but I am also particularly sensitive to seafood. Uni toast was quite interesting, as it was literally raw uni slathered on toasted sugar bread. Curry on the salmon kushiyaki complemented the flavor and the cornflakes added great texture, and the gorgonzola cheese elevated the Octopus Croquettes. Katsu sando was very crispy and had a similar kind of (sweet) bread to the uni toast, and there were some layered flavors in the onigiri from the mix of spicy tuna, foie gras, and maple. The bill was ~2800 php for two people without drinks. Expect to shell out more if you’re ordering from their rather extensive Japanese alcohol selection. However, you will be treated with excellent service. Waiters are highly attentive and will check your table every few minutes. They refrigerated our birthday cake without any corkage fee, and they write a personal note on your bill for a nice touch. All in all, it was a great experience and 12/10 really made us feel like valued guests. Kudos and keep up the great work!

I’ve been coming back here repeatedly for the past year or so, and just realized that I haven’t had the chance to give it a review on here so here goes!Go-to place for special occasions, and random dinner dates - this restaurant has the makings of the kind of place you grow attached to.Such is the trust we put into the food they put on their menu, that even dishes we don’t usually eat or have even tried before, we order anyway, because we know it’s always going to be amazing. And it’s been going that way. Kudos to the team! The theme is experimental, fusing many different cuisines, but with a slightly heavier nod towards Japanese. Every bite of any dish you order, will take you on a taste journey. You’ll know what I mean when you try! Every dish is prepared impeccably, and you just know you’re in for something special, as soon as you get the first one served at the table. So yeah, it’s obviously my favorite spot. It’s comforting to know that 12/10 is here to stay, at least for the foreseeable future, and far as I can tell! We’ll keep coming back, Gab and Thea! Cheers!

Must try: well... EVERYTHING? But if I have to play favourites, get the oysters, uni toast, salmon in butter, onigiri, salmon kushiyaki, and the faux twix!! I had to order the twix twice and would have gotten some to go but ya know - health.

Brought my girlfriend here to celebrate our long overdue anniv. I did my research on the place and there were only great reviews so I gave it a shot. Apparently I wanted everything to go smoothly. So it was the first time of the both of us to have a fancy date night. Since we have arrived there we received good service until the end. Food was served in a certain way, from the most raw to well done. Here’s what we got:1.Spicy Tuna from their special menu- we loved the texture and the flavours. They may say who can go wrong with spicy tuna but truth is I have tried other spicy tuna before and this is so far the one that doesn’t upset me. My gf really loved this one.2.Oyster-from the looks of it, you can already say it won me over already. I am a huge fan of oysty so I know how to distinguish a good quality. This one is briny, sweet, salty, and the lime just shines through. OMG.3.Wagyu tartare-reminded me that great things come in small packages. OMG the nori really elevated the thing.Hypnotic.👏🏻4.Salmon Kushiyaki- I am always team salmon so I had to try this one. Kid you not, forgot my etiquette when I tasted it. The corn flake was an interesting element I never knew would go well with salmon. The salmon was very juicy my soul was crying. Also it paired so well with the seaweed rice with yolk. This is my personal favourite.5.Katsu Sando-first encounter, triggered our olfactory senses more than the optical. By the looks of it,looks just like a meat squeezed in between two breads. But my god, when we took the first bite, it exploded right in our palates. Damn so good!!!! 6.Faux Twix-seasalt and home-made twix?just try to imagine the best sex of your life. It is that.I am not that articulate in speaking food but for sure,12/10 made our night the loveliest night of this year and I’m not sure if that could be topped anytime soon.
