We tried both their reataurant and pool. Their employees in the restaurant have become incompetent, untrained and unattentive. They leave visitors without asking what exactly are needed plus they even forgot to supply basic items such as helping spoon, etc. Their employees are caught gossipingwith one another. The restaurant's room temp is too hot. The staff didnt start the airconditioner even with request. Avoid until they repair their service issues

Well as my name indicate this property offers great potential and also there was a fresh wing being built whenever we were there. The positioning appropriate us and the swimming pool was great but a little dirty. The resort is less than simple and Iwrote a page of enhancements and personally provided it to the resort manager which was a girl the girl of the owner. I am hoping that she has used aboard all that I informed her as the location has HUGE Possible but unfortunately without experience of what's acceptable in this contemporary period. Shortage of towels etc and common comforts one expects of residing at hotels. Price isn't low sufficient for the grade of the remain. They base everything on the amenities which to my brain isn't enough. I had visitors visit plus they tried to cost me for the usage of the swimming pool for them despite the fact that I has been a resident. Anyway there exists a lot of enhancements necessary for this hotel.

The service was ok, staff try their best to pay for the shortcomings of the administration. But the place is very disorganized. Dirty drinking water, yellowish that you'll not even desire to have a bath. Food , just okay, nothing special.

We stayed at their Nipa Hut LIVING ROOM best for 6 pax for P3,500. Amenities add a typical CR, air-condition,cable television, hot/cold bath & intercom. Probably the most affordable area is their Deluxe Area, P1,500 for just two 2 pax and at their Dormitory coming in at P600 per pax. You can test many activities as of this holiday resort like biking, basketball, trampoline, volleyball & more. They'll soon unveils their huge pool slide that is still under structure when we visited.

The said hotel is new. There are several things not present whenever we stayed there for just two 2 days. Furthermore, they don't really have service crew during the night. You possess to await 7am in order to be properly assist. Of course all of usis looking to have this inside our space upon arrival. Sadly there is no small ref. No complimentary products. Me me my children enjoy this place. Awesome ameneties and friendly employees. The swimming pool uses salt drinking water and incredibly theraputic. Prices are inexpensive and worthwhile! Staff have become friendly and useful. They do possess a bar and the band (sixth feeling band) Rocks!

I reviewed this resort two years ago, in those days We gave them the advantage of the doubt because they were getting started. I gave the Resort Manager Monique a listing of improvements that may be made, predicated on my connection with keeping at hotelsaround the planet. Any difficulty . they completely ignored my insight, although on my final list was supply restroom ammenities, this time around they do already have the cheapest toiletries I've actually seen, but at the very least hook inprovement. I suggested they place a lighting protected duvet on the mattress and not just an individual sheet. Unfortunately they will have not really done this and also have the cheek to use are charge for another sheet. And yes it is clear that hotel care even more for the on a daily basis influx of locals which come to utilize the water recreation area & pools compared to the resort staying paying visitors. There is absolutely no sunbeds reserve for Hotel visitors. I will suggest that they reserve the area beyond your pavilion for hotel visitors only and offer sunbeds. In the end most hotel guests is there to rest and sunbathe by the swimming pool which is normal. I had taken enough time to send the Resort Manager Monique 2 E-mails ahead of my arrival at the resort, reminding her who We was from my last keep and our last discussion we'd regarding the upgrades in those days. I was wishing that she'd have made enough time to at the very least greet me back again at the resort, but she didn't even answer my E-mails and produced NO attempt to consult with me as a returning guest. She seems to simply want to sit down in her workplace and take your cash off you. It really is because of this that I declare that she's ZERO CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Well are you aware that support, when I asked for the next sheet for the mattress they delivered it to my area and placed it within the room. Accommodation was okay and great. Exactly like other resorts around Lingayen... Drinking water in the comfort space is a little bit salty or some kind and Bathroom services smelt like rusty or something simply cant explain much concerning the odor it has tho general its perfectly clear.I believe its just the drinking water supply at the area. Coz we smelt it from various other hotels around. Aside from Bergamo and Mc... Swimming pool had been salty aswell as promoted. But childrens pool offers cracks on the flooring. Attendants on the swimming pool side aren't very accomodating

The staffs were really rude. We weren't treated like visitors. We booked almost 1 / 2 of the areas of the hotel however they were not really considerate to us.
